It has a large private garden for relaxing in and taking in the Mediterranean aromas of lavender, mandarin, rosemary. It is for families and romantic couples who like to be close to the beach and to have privacy. Brist is an ancient Mediterranean fisherman's village which has kept its old Dalmation lifestyle, with a sense of relaxation, sun, and sea. The warmth of the Adriatic sun and pebble beaches are enticing, the crystal clear water is there for all to enjoy. There are a few wonderful restaurants available which have a range of Dalmatian meals. Brist is wonderful for a relaxing holiday and the house is perfect for that. The house has 2 floors, ground floor has kitchen/dining room with access to lodge and big terrace, and bedroom with double bed and en-suite. The first floor has bedroom with double bed and couch single fold out bed and en-suite, it also has access to balcony. It is 25 meters from the beach. The terrace and balcony are 13 square meters. Apartment consist of TWO spacious bedrooms, each having its own bathroom, TV, wardrobes and air conditioning. Beds are 160x200 with memory pillows and mattresess. Both bedrooms have doors leading to PRIVATE and very spacious LOUNGE AREA with a grill, seating area, deck chairs, outdoor sink, solar shower and lounge couch & table, all around mediterrean plants. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave and all necessary dishes. Apartment is located on the ground floor of the house.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of our holiday house. There is nice garden with olive trees, terrace and barbecue place which you deal with owner. You have big private covered terrace and balcony on first floor. House situated on peaceful place where is not so much traffic. It is 300m from two big and long pebbles beaches and 150m from center of village where are market, post office and exchange office. On beaches you also have some restaurant and coffee bars like in village too.

Kuća se nalazi odmaknuta od glavne prometnice. Parking je privatni i odmaknut je od kuće oko 50 metara zračne linije. Inače normalnom cestom od parkinga do apartmana je oko 270 metara. Kod dolaska nije moguće doći autom skroz do vile, nego se moguće zaustaviti autom oko 30 metara od vile, izbaciti stvari i odvesti auto na parking. Krasan pogled sa balkona na mjesto i more. Komuniciramo sa gostima na češkom, slovačkom, engleskom i njemačkom jeziku. Nije za goste sa poteškoćama u kretanju!

Great place to stay: amazing view on the sea, brand new apartment, very well equipped, good communication with the owners etc…This is a 5 star rental without any doubts. 100% recommended. FYI our plane landed at Dubrovnik airport which is a 2h30 drive to the apartment. Split airport is closer.

A fantastic spot of earth!!! Being awakened in the morning by the birdsong, looking at the green hills, a quiet breakfast on the terrace, unwinding - the perfect place for this... beautiful also as a starting point for hikes - there are many hiking and biking trails in this area and nature is beautiful. The house very well maintained, clean, very large and offers plenty of space! A cat visited us every morning and evening! We were totally happy!

Lidija and Ivica were exceedingly helpful, welcoming and friendly and the property is lovely, with superb views. The outside area is vast and very private. The inside, though small, is very well laid out and very well equipped. Lidija and Ivica were so helpful and generous and went out of their way to make our stay as good as it could be. We recommend them as hosts and their property without hesitation.

It was wonderful staying with Anita and Zoran. This is our 5 vacation in Croatia and I highly recommend this wonderful, clean and super-equipped apartment. The most important thing was charmed by the wonderful owners who treated us like friends. They greeted us kindly and took care of everything we needed, and finally said goodbye to our own product. Things to commend are super comfy beds and clean, scented linens and towels. The bathrooms, even though they weren't new, it's super clean. The kitchen was renovated, new furniture and appliances, the most important dishwasher, which surprised us. A large amount of silverware and dishes is very important for a large number of people. A large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea both morning and evening made the time enjoyable. The neighborhood itself also deserves 5 with a plus, both the city beach and small, accessible beaches surrounded by trees and shadow rocks. There are several nice restaurants in the area. I recommend the Riva hotel - delicious food and prices comparable to other places.

We were more than satisfied with our property. Everything was as described and exactly as shown. Communication with Sara for the purpose of getting there with Sara at lightning speed. Super clean, comfortable, the beach can be reached in a few minutes, the hosts super warm and always responsive. We were traveling with children and they loved it too. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay in this beautiful location. Whilst we found the layout of the house a little strange (although I’m sure the owners have their reasons for this design) we found our time here completely relaxing. It is very easy to spend all day reading, swimming in the crystal clear waters and gazing at the stunning views. From 6am to sunset, the views are truly beautiful. We particularly liked the range of terraces, with varying degrees of shade. Cycling into the centre is a great way to get any groceries you need. Thank you for the bikes! The couple who greeted us were very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend this house and we’d love to return one day.
