Watch the sunset from the backyard patio, spend the afternoon kayaking on the beautiful 1000's Island waters or fishing from the newly built 65ft dock. The water is clear and clean, perfect for swimming and water activities. Very clean shoreline (no weeds). It's a beautiful, peaceful and private place.

This charming three bedroom home is the perfect getaway for couples or small families looking to enjoy all that the city has to offer. the home is within walking distance of all main attractions and events. Only steps away from all down town eateries and pubs as well as grocery and convenient stores. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting the 1000 islands! Not to mention the private patio complete with a luxurious hottub!

Make some memories at this unique, year round and family-friendly cottage. Relax and unwind in a 1890’s cottage completely renovated in 2022. Located in Morristown just minutes from the boat launch where you can enjoy the St Lawrence River. Plenty of room to park your boat and trailer. Scenic Black Lake is only 6 miles away. If you enjoy golf and great food take a short 4 mile drive to Langbrook Golf course. If you don’t feel like cooking Bedrock Cafe and Spirits is 1/2 mile from the cottage.

Enjoy the countryside on 15 acres of woods backing on to Graham Lake. Tucked away from the road, our guesthouse is family and pet friendly. The bathroom is newly renovated. The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.
