Michael’s place was amazing, means a few friends stayed this weekend for my birthday. He was always willing to help and very accommodating! The house itself is so beautiful and had everything we needed! It was our first time in The Hamptons and he gave us tons of recommendations!

Great spot in Hampton Bays! The house was as described and in a very cute and walkable neighborhood. Super close drive to the beach and a couple of local restaurants and eateries. Loved how private the spot felt too! David’s done a wonderful job with the backyard, so you get the comfort of having close neighbors without the intrusiveness. Pool was awesome. We definitely enjoyed it!

We had the best weekend! The place was safe, clean and easy to find and close to all the local shops. There was no hose to clean off the outside chairs so that we could lounge and the Pool did need some cleaning (the scooper there was broken) but we did what we could! Minor details honestly. All in all I give 5 starts because the host was fantastic and the home was beautiful. Hope to stay there again in the future!!!

Beautiful house and perfect location for our trip! The backyard area with the pool was very private and a great setup! It was a convenient location to get to multiple different towns in the area. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had the most beautiful weekend stay at Tim’s home! Everything is accurately described and the pool and hot tub were amazing!! All the beds were very comfortable. Was perfect for a 5 girl weekend getaway!! Tim was incredibly communicative and checking in was a breeze. The location is PERFECT in East Hampton!! So many amazing restaurants and bars nearby. 100% will stay here again for my next Hamptons trip. Thank you so much Tim!!

An ideal location in Southampton, Lori’s house is clean, cozy and peaceful; we thoroughly enjoyed spending our New Years there!

Dewey’s place is such a dream! Everything is freshly renovated and just feels so crisp, clean, and stylish. You can tell so much love went into the design it’s the perfect mix of modern and cozy. We felt right at home the second we walked in. The kitchen is gorgeous, the bathrooms are spa-like, and every little detail was just so well thought out. Dewey was the sweetest host super responsive and made everything totally seamless. The location is amazing too quiet and peaceful, but still close to all the fun spots (beach, town, restaurants). We didn’t want to leave! Already planning our next trip back. If you’re thinking about booking, do it you’ll love it just as much as we did!

Absolutely beautiful home and wonderful experience!! The host was quick to respond and the amenities were excellent. There was zero lack! Would definitely return for another stay!

Ashley’s location was amazing and the entire layout was efficient. The automated blinds and Sonos wireless surround system were amazing highlights of the property. The hot tub worked flawlessly and the amenities were well stocked. Ashley’s house is well stocked to host a private dinner party for guests with the large prep sink and counter areas. The newly renovated kitchen cabinets all had slow closure mechanisms and the dual oven microwave was a nice touch. The dual shower head in the downstairs bathroom was a useful amenity as well.

Our family of four just had a very nice stay. The house is located in a pretty part of the Springs near Louse point. We enjoyed making meals in the well equipped kitchen and eating outside on the patio. And when we were too lazy to make food there are a lot of convenient options nearby in Amagansett or the Springs.

This is the second time we stayed at Kim’s. It was another pleasant experience. Kim is responsive and easy-going. Her home is welcoming and very dog-friendly. We love that Kim has beach access and it is walking distance. The convenience of her home being close to Southampton and Sag Harbor restaurants and shops is a plus. Thanks for having us, Kim. Went with a bunch of my girlfriends and had such an amazing time! Lisa's home was amazing and we all felt right at home! So happy that it was a common ground where my girlfriends and I were able to gather around and create unforgettable memories.

Madelaine’s cottage was the perfect location for our weekend in Water Mill! The house was cozy with a spacious and private backyard. The location is centrally located, and we were even able to walk to and from breakfast and the farmers market. I would recommend the cottage and would absolutely stay again!

Perfect house, exactly what we needed and so close to everything. Will definitely come again! Also Dan was an amazing host and super responsive and helpful!

We enjoyed our stay at Cosmo’s place. It was exactly as described, clean, and clutter-free. We were in The Hamptons for work, so it was great with Wi-Fi and the ability to cook. We also found the location very convenient and easy to find, and we would love to rent Cosmo’s place next time we find ourselves in The Hamptons!

Upon seeing her home on the website, I contacted Amy several months prior to my travel days. She responded right away, answered what questions I had, and the booking was set. About a month prior to my check in date I asked to come a day early and she easily accommodated me. I received check in instruction a day or two prior to my arrival. On check in day after a long flight and drive from the airport I contacted Amy from the car asking for any suggestions for dinner prior to reaching her home. She got back to me immediately with a couple of places. It's a beautiful home, lush surroundings and a large pool. There was a notebook with information about the home and check out instructions. I can't give a high enough recommendation!

Super convenient location within a short walk to lots of amenities. Also, a very cute old house which was well stocked with all the necessities. My only note is that internet was a little slow for anything other than basic email and web browsing.

Our recent stay at this Sag Harbor was absolutely delightful! The house was charming . We felt at home in the beautifully decorated and its well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal – a peaceful retreat yet just a short drive to the heart of Sag Harbor village with its lovely shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the proximity to the beaches.the pool are is like a mini resort! We will be back for sure.

This house was even better than I expected ! The pool was big. Perfect for a weekend with friends/family. Peaceful. House was well equipped with everything that we needed. Clean. Fast WiFi. Close to Sisi restaurant which is stunning. I enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommend it! A++

Lovely place for a long weekend with family! The house was pristine, up to date, charming, and all the linens were fresh and clean. It was very well stocked with kitchen essentials and books and toys for kids. Location also prime with a private beach a 10 min walk away. The only minor issue we had was an issue with the pool heating (it being the 1st pool weekend of the year) but this was sorted out promptly. Would happily stay there again!

This is the second time we've stayed at Veva's home and it will not be the last. The home is nestled beautifully in a quiet neighborhood. Sitting outside is tranquil and relaxing. The home is beautifully furnished and extremely clean & well maintained. It is private with ample space to park. In a matter of minutes, you can be in Sag Harbor for dinner, at the beach, or take a short drive to Montauk. The location is perfect for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life but still close enough to all the great locations and activities the Hamptons have to offer. We will be coming back for many years to come.

We had a lovely stay fro our rainy June weekend. Southold is a quaint town with some excellent local places and fine dining as well. Took a trip to shelter island with the car on the ferry. Went to a cool vintage store in Greenport. Bed and space were super comfy & cozy. Book this spot you won’t be disappointed! Looking forward to visiting again in full summer weather:)

Spent to my birthday here with my husband, dogs and toddler. Had my gender reveal birthday cake, outback under the sunset. Truly magical.✨ The backyard was ideal. Was able to tie the dogs to the deck with a 20 foot leash. It kept them contained to the backyard & away from beach goers on foot and other dogs. The dunes kept the backyard private you’re not staring at your neighbors. Felt so secluded. I also have some mobility issues and you couldn’t ask for an easier way to enjoy the beach & get your toes in the sand. The house & deck are spacious and easy to navigate with a walker. Was able to add extra days to our stay. Would 100% stay here again.
