Waterfront vacation rentals in Brickell, Miami

Bo’s listing was just as described. Check in instructions were very clear with photo directions. We were upgraded to a higher floor with an amazing sunset and the parking garage access was a huge plus. Bo was very friendly and responsive for our entire stay. The apartment was very comfortable and the amenities were great. Everyone in the building was also very friendly and the location was walkable to Bayside. I would definitely recommend booking with Bo.

Lovely apartment with amazing views and very comfortable furnishings. Excellent layout with a long inside hallway that separates the bedrooms from the entrance and living areas. Nice new washer dryer. Pleasant outdoor space. The apartment worked well for us and we will definitely return!!

This was a beautiful place to visit and the host was very helpful during my entire stay. The only problem was it was hard getting up to the pent house without a key when first arriving. My stay over all was a 10/10. Will definitely rent again.

I had a fantastic weekend stay in Brickell, Miami. The Airbnb had beautiful views and was in the perfect location, just steps from great bars, restaurants, and clubs. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool with its amazing view and the on-site restaurant. One of my favorite moments was enjoying breakfast on the outdoor patio each morning, watching boats pass by on the water. It was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, the stay was stylish, relaxing, and ideally located. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami.

Great apartment, incredible views but specially amazing hosts! Anna and Dan were really helpful, friendly and ready to help us any moment during our stay. Check in was very smooth and flexible (we arrived on a Sunday really late and Dan was there to make us feel just like home). The apartment is brand new and everything was super clean. We would love to stay again in this same place. Highly recommended!

The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The view from the balcony was breathtaking—perfect for morning coffee or winding down at sunset. The location couldn’t have been better. Brickell is vibrant and walkable, with tons of great restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby. Plus, it was just a short drive to the beach and other Miami hotspots. Yenny was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and clearly committed to making sure her guests feel right at home. If you’re visiting Miami, I highly recommend staying at Yenny’s Place. It’s everything you could want in an Airbnb—clean, stylish, well-located, and hosted by someone who truly cares.

Property description as listed. Caring host who truly is interested in ensuring total customer satisfaction. Informative Handbook on premises listing points of interests, restaurants, sight seeing excursions, etc. to include AC, TV, Home lighting instructions, etc. Comfortable beds, excellent water pressure (showers), good selection of available TV channels to choose from and home is well stocked with all required amenities. Property is located in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic yet close to all local restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, bank, etc. Concerns for personal safety and security were never an issue. Onsite parking and no interior stairs to navigate facilitates any personal ambulatory challenges. Looking forward to rebook Debbie's property during our next visit to the Miami, Florida area.

Me and my family stayed here and we absolutely loved it. The home was beautiful and spacious for all seven of us. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Thank you Cristian for hosting us!

William and Christina were friendly, prompt and courteous. They were very helpful everytime we had questions and had extremely detailed check in instructions. The place itself was cozy and very well kept. the exterior was great with coconut trees, lime trees, the beautiful views of the lake and the wonderful pool we used to cool off in the evenings. The house itself was very well stocked, kitchen had everything you could need and they had tons of towels! I definitely reccomend staying here and if we're in the area again will definitely be looking to book here again.

This house is a real gem! It’s spacious, comfy and peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed the backyard space and watching the wildlife roam about, it felt like I was in the islands. I would definitely recommend and absolutely stay here again. P.S. One of guests wanted to include how lovely the linens smelled.😊

I thoroughly appreciated my one-week stay at Tyler's Airbnb. From the outset, Tyler exhibited exceptional professionalism. The entire process, from booking to check-in and check-out, was seamless. The staff at the penthouse were professional and helpful, the penthouse itself boasts a stunning view from the 42nd floor, and the premises were immaculately cleaned with basic necessities stocked, in a safe location. With local restaurants and a CVS on the same block, Based on the outstanding service, I would undoubtedly choose to stay here again or at any of Tyler's other Airbnb properties. You will not regret it.

This place is exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s a beautiful apartment with beautiful sea views. Very walkable and quiet. Lots to do around. Juan was very responsive throughout our stay. He even accommodated our request for early check-in. Building is very well secured. Kitchen was well equipped with vessels. Was a very pleasant stay overall! Would stay again! Highly recommend!

Good stay, apartment was as described. Location was great and easy to get around. The building is nice and the apartment is very spacious and clean. Each room has full length mirrors which was a nice addition.

Sam and the rest of the team were super helpful from the time we booked it responsive in messages super quickly and even making sure that we were greeted personally at the front desk. anytime we had a question Sam was immediately responsive and we could not have asked for a better host and experience thank you Sam and the team you guys were wonderful will definitely be looking forward to working with you again

Before coming here, I was reading reviews about it being loud, but that was not true at all. I mean it’s Miami. Every night we fell asleep perfectly. I liked all the shampoo and amenities plenty of body wash and all those things. They had pots and pans for cooking and we were able to make mac & cheese so 10/10. The balcony was absolutely stunning. We loved that the location was so close to CVS. You can walk there so if you happen to forget anything on vacation that really solves all problems. There’s lots to do nearby like restaurants and bars super walkable! AND LASTLY- the balcony is stunning!!

Let’s start by the location is perfect! Very close to all hot spots! 7 mins from boardwalk where most yachts load. Walking distance to restaurant Komodo, 12 mins from to fabulous Kiki on River. The Views are amazing. You could watch all the yachts pass all day. Communication was on time! Check in process was a breeze. Will book again.
