Herrera's place is beautiful. The pool is large and heated and the outdoor space has coutches, tables, beach chairs, etc. There are some pool toys in the chest and a kids life vest. Nice bonus, they provide a nice amount of beach towels for the pool. The place was spotless and guest friendly.

A beautiful house perfect for any kind of getaway! The house was gorgeous with a great covered back patio and pool perfect for hanging out and watching tv while you cook some burgers on the grill. The inside was immaculate and had an amazing game room hangout space with a huge couch, air hockey, pool table and more. The host was so nice and accommodating and willing to help us out with anything we needed! It really was everything we could have asked for and I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay while in Miami springs.

Claudia was a fantastic host! She was very helpful, answering our questions about the neighborhood and where to buy groceries. The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of 6. The garden and pool area were beautifully maintained and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Overall we had a great time and felt right at home.

Perfect for our short stay! Comfortably accommodated our family of 8 and the location was great. Ezequiel was very responsive with any questions we had.

Andy came thru for my family and I. This was a last minute booking. Andy’s house is just as beautiful as the pictures. Honestly it was even better. The rooms were nice and clean. Andy made so many last minute accommodations and adjustments for us. The A/C was not working on the first night and the pool wasn’t clean because we checked in on the same day we booked. One text to Andy and all that was taken care of. He was nice, responsive and respectful. The house man that was my first stay ever with Airbnb and it was worth every penny.

Wer Privatsphäre und Ruhe in Miami sucht, ist mit diesem Cottage sicher gut bedient. Der Parkplatz ist auch ein grosses Plus. Das Haus ist zwar nicht gross, ist für zwei Personen aber ausreichend. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants welche man zu Fuss erreichen kann. Die Lage war ideal um zwischen Downtown und Miami Beach zu pendeln. Für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen ideal.

This was our 4th stay with Javier & Pablo. We like having the 2 TV's, a complete kitchen & parking a few feet from the front door. We enjoy walking the neighborhood, the quick walk to Winn Dixie for groceries, and our leisurely walks to the Miracle Mile area which is their downtown! It is full of stores, restaurants & bars for any budget. We will be back!!!

Miguel’s place was amazing! The communication between us was great and there was no issues. The pool was huge and amazing. My family and I really enjoyed our time here and we would definitely book again. The area was great and there is lots of stuff to do! Loved everything about this!!!

Roy was very attentive to our needs. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but we worked it out.

Our stay at Casa Morada was fantastic! Our only regret was that our trip was so short. The home is cozy and tastefully decorated. The bedrooms are very comfortable and even though we didn’t stay in there, the loft space was an impressive use of space. One of our favorite parts was all the antique cameras, so fun to look at all of them. The hosts were responsive and kind. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and conveniently located to downtown and fantastic restaurants on Calle 8. As a first time trip to Miami, it enhanced our experience and we can’t wait to return in the future.

Would stay there again it was peaceful , clean and beautiful place !

Casa muy cómoda, sobretodo para grupos grandes (6 personas o más), excelente ubicación, con servicios cerca como estación de combustibles, farmacias y supermercados. Si camina un poco también encuentra tiendas como Marshalls, Nordstrom Rack y Ross. Anfitriones muy atentos a las necesidades.

I loved the place and I appreciate that they let me stay in there home! The home was clean and they stayed in communication with me the whole time. I definitely recommend to people.

Clean and just as described in the listing and photos. The host was very quick to respond when we had questions. My friends and I enjoyed our stay.

What I loved was that I returned home for a funeral, and before discussing business, Ms. Addy extended her condolences. Her home was beautiful. She informed me of when cleaning services were done and she had cameras outside the place I occupied and we could see it on a tv screen, which made me feel even more secure. We were all extremely tired after the long drive, and took a shower just to find that each person’s bed was super comfortable.

I stayed at Manuel and Cheylas with my family for the weekend to attend my mom's 80th birthday. We drove on from GA and was nice to get to a place easy to find and check in. Manuel &Cheyla was responsive and the house was bashful like the pictures. Location is peaceful but with tons of restaurants and things to do close by. The yard was well kept and was private. We enjoyed our stay and definately recommend Paradise 100!
