You live in a house where the upper floor of 50 m2 consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, toilet and shower room as well as a fully equipped kitchen with the little extras for those who like to cook. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement which you reach via a floor hatch and narrow stairs. A terrace of approx. 35 m2 surrounds the house, there is a pavilion with outdoor furniture and a gas grill available during the summer. The house is located on a 2800 m2 natural plot. To the southeast it borders the Sandholmarna nature reserve and the other sides border Dyviksvägen and Örigenhamnsvägen.

Spacious house with pool (heated from June), wood-fired sauna and hot tub, sunroom, and lake view. The lake down from the house has nice cliffs and a diving tower. Five bedrooms with four double beds, one 120 cm bed, sofa bed in living room. Small house with four beds, 19-square-meter stargazing tent with five beds. Well suited for gatherings, corporate events, or friends hanging out :-) Everyone who will be in the house needs to be included in the booking; there is no difference in price whether they stay overnight or not. A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.

Charming cabin on the water in Saltsjöbaden

Charming cabin that fits up to six people. Please be advised that it is a rather small cabin and not a house, so if you are six adults and not used to Scandinavian cabins it may feel a bit tight. Toilet in the cabin and access to a shower/sauna in an adjacent building and a gazebo in the garden. The cabin was entirely redecorated and a new kitchen installed in September 2019. Most furniture is from 2016. Possible to get to it by public transportation, but even better if you have access to a car.
