Very beautiful and charming cottage. Beautifully decorated, large private porch with rocking chairs. It had everything that we needed and really enjoyed our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming cottage and was absolutely delighted by the experience. The photos in the listing, while lovely, don’t fully capture the warmth and beauty of this hidden gem; it’s truly even more enchanting in person. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the cozy ambiance and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The living area is both comfortable and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them in the quaint dining nook. The bedroom offers a restful retreat with its plush bedding and serene decor. Waking up to the gentle sounds of nature and sipping coffee on the private patio was a highlight of my mornings. The surrounding area is picturesque, offering plenty of opportunities for leisurely walks and immersing oneself in the local scenery. The host’s hospitality was exceptional, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring a seamless stay.

Deborah greeted us when we arrived and made us feel so welcomed and at home!! We were absolutely blown away by her hospitality! In the years we have been coming to Antiques Week, we have stayed many places in and around Round Top and Deborah’s charming cabin exceeds them all! She has thought of every detail and has stocked her cabin with everything a guest would need or want during their stay. From the fluffy towels and robes to the well stocked fridge and kitchen, to the comfortable beds and bedding…we were truly so impressed and HAPPY!! Every morning we enjoyed home baked muffins and mimosas on the back porch, and in the evening we returned to sip a glass of wine in the same spot! We will return!!

Great place to crash after a day full of shopping. Would stay again.

Me and my grandchildren really enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful with its pastures, the pond, the swimming pool/hot tub, and the pavilion. The house was very clean, and so cute with its farmhouse and cow decor. The kids loved fishing, swimming, and swinging on the tree swing, and I enjoyed the peace and relaxation after a day of shopping. I look forward to staying there again when we visit Round Top!

10/10 Stay, if you're looking for a peaceful getaway this is it. Easy to find, clean and cozy. The ponies were adorable and so friendly. This was a quick trip but I would definitely stay again just hopefully for a longer duration!

Love staying here - the scenery is unbeatable with giant old oak trees, the surroundings are peaceful and the wildflowers were gorgeous! The wigwam house is comfortable and has everything you need. Will stay again.

The cottage was beautiful and just down the road from a beautiful field of bluebonnets. The fresh eggs in the refrigerator were a nice bonus.

Karim is an exceptional host! Communicated extremely well and made sure we felt right at home.

The Sunset Cottage was absolutely perfect for our Son’s Ring Dunk. The house was cozy and super clean. The outdoor area was amazing! Love the outdoor kitchen, long dining table, living area and fireplace. Dey and Raul went above and beyond to provide us with all of the essentials and then some. We had a wonderful time playing lawn games, cards and listening to music. Perfect for large families! We will definitely be back and will highly recommend this property.

We just finished our Girls’ Trip to Round Top Antique Week and really enjoyed our stay at the Cottage in West Point. The setting is idyllic. Watching the sunset (or thunderstorm) from the front and/or back porch swings was a highlight. The kitchen is well-appointed, and has everything you may need. There is a train that runs several times a day, but it wasn’t a bother at all, and the owner’s include ear plugs for those who may have issues. The location has easy access to major highways. The only issue I had was that the Waze app didn’t recognize the address, but Google Maps found it easily! Would definitely stay here again!

This place was clean and quiet. Host was very responsive and easy to deal with. Small town, so not a lot around but they did provide accurate information about what was available. We stayed here for an Aggie game, which was a straight 30 minute drive. I had an option to stay in College Station come up but the cost was $700 per night more. This is well worth the quick drive.

You can't beat the location! Easy walk to campus (even with a toddler). It was great to not have to worry about parking on campus! Also surprisingly quiet given it's proximity to everything.

A rare jewel! Absolutely perfect for what we needed. Julie made our stay extra special. Will be back when working in the area again.

My daughter and I stayed two nights during RT Spring show and everything about the Air BnB. Location is perfect for Round Top. Decor is precious & makes you feel at home. Can’t wait to stay again!
