Hi, Our apartment found its place in a small Dalmatian village called Gornja Podgora, just 5-7 minutes (about 2,5 km downhill) away from town Podgora by car. Down there you'll find beautiful beaches, the popular ones and also remote and intimate ones. It is perfect for those who would like to escape the everyday rush and replace it with the beautiful Mediterranean scenery. You 'll have your own floor with really astonishing view. P.S. Apartman je okrenut prema moru, gdje možete uživati na balkonu s prekrasnim pogledom na more i otoke. Nalazi se u samom centru Brela, svega 4-5 minuta od centra, plaže i svih aktivnosti vezanih uz obalu. Restorani, supermarket, pekara, kafići, ljekarna, crkva i plaža mogu se obići pješice, a parking vam je besplatan. Domaćin će vas dočekati i dati vam sve preporuke.

Apartman površine 60 m 2 sastoji se od spavaće sobe sa velikim bračnim krevetom, kupaone, prostrane dnevne sobe sa kuhinjom, predsoblja i balkona. Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.
