The Bay of Fires Bush Retreat is set amongst a beautiful bush setting, close to the stunning Bay of Fires beaches, and only 2.5km from the Binalong Bay township, and 8km from St Helens. The Bush Retreat has a fully equipped kitchen ready for guests to use at their leisure, or for those who would prefer to take a more relaxed option, we have our Platter Bar and pre-prepared meals made by our in-house chefs, as well as our Bush Retreat Breakfast $25pp that can be pre-booked prior to arrival.

We offer an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining, off street parking, spacious rear garden courtyard and 2BRs sleeping up to five guests (QB/DB/SB). The Bay of Fires, Freycinet, wineries, mountain biking and a whole lot of fresh air are all within easy reach. Did we mention no traffic lights either?

Serenity @ Scamander is a 1 bedroom privately owned unit in a bush setting. It's location and outlook is a feature which includes both the Scamander River and the stunning coastline. The unit is part of our property which privately sits below our residence with private entrance and plenty of car parking. The unit comprises of 1 bedroom with bathroom/laundry and a separate toilet. A well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge space/TV area with single sofa bed. WIFI ☑️

Wallabies, parrots, farm animals

A wonderful barn conversion that has everything you need for an enjoyable experience. Located 6KM from St Helens. A private rear paved deck looking out at the bush. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics to cook home style meals. Beds - queen, 3 king singles and 1 single. You can see a variety of farm animals as well as wild parrots and wallabies that feed near the barn. The barn is located to the rear of OUR HOUSE. WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY AND AIDES IN THE BATHROOM.

The Shack on the Hill - Binalong Bay, Bay of Fires

A peaceful place to relax after exploring the beautiful Bay of Fires area, swimming, surfing, walking or mountain biking on nearby tracks. The Shack on the Hill has beautiful views across forest reserves. Keep an eye out for the amazing birdlife including parrots, cockatoos, robins, blue wrens and Sea Eagles cruising past. The cottage has a large open plan kitchen/dining and living area and a large covered deck for outdoor dining and perfect for coffee in the morning sun.

Spacious self contained cottage on a working cattle and prime lamb farm. Other farm animals include, friendly dogs, chooks, horses and a noisy donkey! There is plenty to see and do in this area, so consider staying for two or more nights to explore our magnificent Pyengana valley, the Blue Tier walking and MTB trails and the must see St Columba waterfalls. Kalinda is a beachfront log cabin style home, with cathedral ceilings and a loft bedroom, with the amazing Four Mile Creek Beach on your doorstep. It is the perfect location to explore what Tasmania's East Coast has to offer, from The Bay of Fires, down to Bicheno and everything in between. Our newly-renovated cottage is located half way between Derby and Weldborough, about a ten minute drive to both destinations. The property is peaceful and quiet , surrounded by hilly pastures and direct access to a fully fenced native forest with a few MTB trails for a short ride (Kersbrook Stash) and other areas for walks. It is great for couples, MTB riders and specially families because Minishredders Babysitting Service is just next door.
