very nice apartment very well decorated with impeccable cleanliness the rooms are spacious and well arranged. everything is nearby. the residence is ultra secure with in addition to electricity and water at all times. my family and I had a great time in this beautiful apartment. We felt at home there. thank you so much to the caretaker for his help when we arrived. thank you Mrs. Francine for maintaining the house . A special Thank you to Mr. Benjamin who is unparalleled responsive and available. i would recommend this apartment

Jessica was very responsive, friendly and understanding about requests for check-in and extension flexibility. The apartment as described, and easily accessible near the city center and the highlights of Kinshasa. I would highly recommend it Cleanliness, security, and easy access to the space.

As always, Rebecca was great. Her team was always on point. Felt at home, especially after dealing the traffic. No issues, quick responses. looking forward the next time. I have recommended the host to many. I give 9/10. Just because she did not recommend me the champagne this time 😊

A quiet setting and for me who love gardens, I was served. Yasmaine and her husband are welcoming hosts who make you feel really comfortable. Yasmaine was very attentive; even when she was not there, she was there. This is to say that even remotely she knows how to take care of those who are at home and, we feel that she has trained her team well. I liked the welcome, the attention, the surroundings, the cleanliness, the calm, our discussions... A plus: wifi (for me); Netflix (for others) ... A big surprise: a buzzer system that brings someone to your door; ready to help you find a solution to your problem. Frankly, Chapeau bas "Madame Yasmaine"! I will definitely go back to my next visit, to discover the new decor.

Mr Youri is exceptional. I had forgotten a shirt at the apartment on the day of departure , he called me to report me and he took the trouble to move around and bring it to me where I am. This is a rare quality in kinshasa. He's very, very kind of you. The apartment is prettier than pictured. Had a lovely stay.

Quel appartement, waoooooo !!!! this place is amazing, super well decorated and perfectly arranged, impeccably clean and with an eye-catching view of the city and the river, it's just beautiful. All the splendor and luxury of Kinshasa could be summed up in this haven of peace. Ultra-secured building with controlled access for non-residents. 24-hour water and electricity. The most is the pool and a rooftop lounge bar Our Host Mr. Kanya was very available throughout our stay. Many thanks to him. Feel free to Booker this apartment when it's available it's definitely worth a visit! it's in my top 1

Already 2 stays in this accommodation and still as surprised by the quality of the property and the very friendly hospitality of hosts. The calm, privacy and lush nature that almost make us feel out of Kinshasa. We wouldn't even have to go out into the city unless it's really important. To be woken up in the morning by birdsong is a real luxury. The reality is beyond the photos. It's more beautiful in real life. The hosts are as friendly as they are discreet. During your stay, you are at home and in complete independence. It's a real pleasure to stay in this beautiful studio on stilts. I recommend it without hesitating!

Very nice stay, Laetitia's residence is a small haven of peace in a quiet area of Kinshasa . The house staff are very helpful and extremely kind, special dedication to Lipasa, Welcome and Jérôme for their smile and joie de vivre. We will keep lots of nice memories like that of the adorable cat Negrita who was not missing our evening "piece of ham" appointment:-) Thank you so much for the beautiful very representative welcome of the Congolese people ❤️

The apartment is very clean and as described, it is located in a very beautiful and secure residential area ++ Eden is a host who listens to guests and even tries to find solutions when you're in difficulty. I also thank the hosts on the spot for their promptness in case of any requests. I enjoyed my stay in this apartment. Can't wait to return to the Congo to take back this apartment. Again, thank you for all Eden.

Thanks very much Eden for the wonderful stay. Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Eden is a great host and there when you need her. I will thanks Lauraine et Mr Daddy for all their assistance. A had a great stay and will be back soon.

An excellent hotel! The staff for cleaning, linen and luggage, very polite and professional. The kids were able to enjoy the pool on a daily basis. We often used the terrace to rest and have lunch Hotel super quiet. The art gallery is just beautiful 🥰 I would highly recommend this hotel.
