This spacious, newly renovated, two-bedroom cottage is a separate dwelling situated on 5 acres of parkland that can sleep up to 5 people. It has a kitchen (including washing machine), comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive to Bundanoon town centre. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway leading up to it.

Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Self contained converted recording studio

This unique studio has a style all its own. Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by. The studio is situated in a quiet part of town close to amenities with a short walk to the city centre. There is off street parking and independent access to the accommodation. Continental breakfast is provided for the first day.

Arcadian Cabin River Retreat

Your retreat is a self-contained, beautiful cabin in the Southern Highlands, and is the perfect getaway in a secluded country setting. Picnic amongst the eucalypt and pine trees, or wander along the 2km stretch of the beautiful Wollondilly River. You can visit our horses, goats, and chooks if you want a full farm experience. Only 1.5 hours from Sydney or Canberra, and 30 minutes to the boutique shops, wineries, historical towns, of the Southern Highlands.
