La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

50 m2 single-story townhouse with private entrance. A large living room with open and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, induction stove, toaster, griddle), double sofa bed (140) or 2 extra beds (90 x 190), TV and living room area. 1 bedroom with a double bed (140) Bathroom, separate private toilet Private car park Outdoor area with garden furniture Sheets, duvets, pillows... are provided. Cottage in the woods, by the water

Welcome to Les Nuits de la Forête. Taste the tranquility and the change of scenery of a stay in a chalet with luxury comfort bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

5 bedroom country cottage

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.

We offer this small cottage in the heart of the Reno Forest. All comforts, cocooning and quiet, for a couple and a child. Enjoy the joys of the fireplace or stroll in the heart of nature. Discover our region on foot, by bike thanks to the many paths that surround us, but also on horseback because we can also accommodate it! 4 boxes, an arena and almost direct access to the forest are major assets of our Site! Located in a small village between Tours and Le Mans, the Tiny house sits at the top of a hill, surrounded by greenery where our two ewes graze. Let yourself be surprised by the calm of the forest. You'll be able to see the stars from your bed and relax in the jacuzzi. Enjoy an unforgettable stay hiking in the vineyards, around the lake or browsing through castles, gardens and museums. Tiny heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer.

Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

La Ferme de Haute Forêt, a rural cottage in the Loir Valley, a place of intense relaxation overlooking a green plain of fields and woods! Old farmhouse renovated with noble materials in respect of the traditions of the area. Cozy, 3 bedrooms with individual bathrooms, warm living room and very well-equipped American kitchen.

"Chez Mémé Caillou" is a recently renovated independent old house, with a warm interior, with a plot of 250 square meters to enjoy the terrace and sunbathing on sunny days. Located in Montmirail, "Small City of Character" in the Perche Sarthe, it is a stone's throw from the castle, on the village discovery trail.
