The funcos are the traditional houses of Chã das Caldeiras. Each room has its own private bathroom with hot water. The rainwater is collected to fuel the well and the water used is recycled and reused to water the plants and flush the toilets. Electricity comes from solar panels and we have water heated by a solar water heater. Unlimited wifi is available. EcoFunco is the ideal place to discover Chã das Caldeiras and a starting point for hiking.

Lucio's hotel is really spotless! Super clean and practically brand-new. AC is working very well, lots of towels and soap. Great view from the window. Really, you couldn't say a single bad thing about the place. The communication with Lúcio was fast and easy. A very responsive host. I recommend the place 100%!!

Beautiful modern apartment in a quiet residential area right on the cliffs of the Atlantic; the only sound when falling asleep is the sound of the waves. The apartment is spacious, fully furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. On the top floor, next to the washing machine, there is also a panoramic terrace with beautiful views of Brava. The host João was very personable and helpful. Should I stay in São Filipe again, I'd love to stay as his guest again.

Antonio’s place is spectacular! Great location for walking or taxi, many restaurants and grocery stores minutes away. Easy check in and out. Very friendly host, ask him for any help, and he’ll find away for you. Place is very clean and spacious rooms. We will definitely come back here, and we recommend this place to everyone!
