Fully-equipped F2 apartment with parking and pool

Located in a private property, this apartment is fully equipped: air conditioning, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, oven, TV, Wii-U (4 controllers) and WiFi. Free and exclusive access to the pool (you will be the only ones to use it), but note that it is not heated. Close to the airport (15 minutes drive) this makes it an ideal base at the same time: for your arrival on the island, to organize your stay; and, for the day before your departure.

The studio with its independent entrance is adjacent to our house, in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the city center. Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. You will have the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, jam, butter) and the essentials for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...). Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.

Studio on two floors. On the ground floor, living/dining room and bathroom. Outside you will find a kitchen equipped with a washing machine available. Upstairs, a large air-conditioned bedroom with storage and a desk. The king size bed is equipped with a mosquito net. All in a large wooded garden with swimming pool. Le studio de 24m2 + son patio de 16m2 est niché sur les hauteurs de Saint-Denis à 200 m d'altitude, dans un environnement calme et paisible. Le studio est mitoyen à la résidence principale et à une autre dépendance louée en airbnb. La piscine et les transats sont partagés avec les autres locataires et nous même. We rent an independent studio, located in our garden. You are also welcome on the covered terrace of our house, which houses a table as well as an outdoor lounge. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and deckchairs as well as the entire garden. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the sea views, or the sunset, in peace, and without a view from the opposite side!

And why not a little getaway in the East under the shade of the vacoas? We rent our 2-bedroom in a secure residence with pool and private parking space. The apartment is located in the Champ-Borne district of Saint-André, 200 meters from the seafront and 500 meters from the Temple of the Colossus. Easy access by the 4-lane highway, half an hour from the airport.
