Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Welcome to our wonderful log cabin, located only 20 meters from a beautiful, small forest lake with its own jetty and boat. The cottage offers a fantastic large raised wooden terrace of 30 m2 with both a lounge seating and a dining area where you can barbecue and eat overlooking the lake. Enjoy the private sauna overlooking the lake, in the house with close connection to the log cabin. Inside the cabin, there is a fireplace where you can light a cozy fire in the evening.

Welcome to rent the Brantestad sisters' cottage in Småländska Brantestad near the forest and lake. Whether you want an active vacation with proximity to exciting experiences, or if peace and quiet is what you are looking for, this is the place for you! From the cottage there are many excursion destinations and attractions, about 20 minutes to Astrid Lindgren's World and Nossenbadet in Vimmerby, about 40 minutes to Västervik. NOTE! A car is a must to get to the cottage as public transport is not available.

Grankvistgården (Farmhouse)

Now you have the opportunity to stay in our farmhouse at Grankvistgården from the 18th century in the center of Vimmerby. Access to a wonderful large garden with a gazebo and parking in the yard. Here you live centrally but privately and are close to both shops, restaurants and Astrid Lindgren's World. The house is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children as well as a smaller child as there is a crib. Alternatively, 4 adults. Bed linens and towels are not included. The guest cleans up before check-out.

Welcome to a charming farm cottage from the 1880s, just 10 minutes from Vimmerby. Enjoy a rural stay with modern comfort and space for 6 – two sofa beds downstairs, one double and two single beds in the loft. Duvets, pillows, kitchen and toilet towels are included. Bring your own bed linen and towels, or rent for 100 SEK/set. Shower and washing machine in a separate room. Garden, forest and meadows nearby. Bathing spot 2.5 km away. Uncleaned stay will incur a cleaning fee of 500 SEK.
