Everything is super: communication, accommodation in the old town, the apartment itself. The apartment has everything you need. We were a driveway, so we only spent the night, but I'm sure that for a longer stay – it would be a great option.

The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Felt attention to detail which made our stay even more enjoyable. Separately, I want to note the magnificent view from the window and balcony to the Smotrytsky Canyon, a well-equipped kitchen, and automatic maintenance of a comfortable indoor temperature. Parking in the yard, practically underthe entrance! The location was also very convenient, it's both practically the center of the Old Town, and quite close to the city center, the park.. Overall, it's a perfect place to stay and I don't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and coziness. Willdefinitely come back here again!

Very satisfied with our stay in this wonderful place!. The hosts were very accommodating and helped us with all the questions. In addition, the location was perfect - close to the city center and convenient access to all important places. We willdefinitely be back here again .

We were in the apartment with a fireplace. The apartment is very interesting and atmospheric. Located in the very center of the city, which is very convenient for a walk in the central part. But there is one big one and not clear but!! 30 minutes before we were to get to the city, we recruit an assistant to the owner to find out the exact location of the property, and we begin to offer some kind of hotel, with some white linen, for the same money. I pretend I don't understand what is happening, but it becomes very unpleasant! But that's not the end. Upon arrival at the specified location, the owner's assistant, simply not in the access area, the owner did not answer the call and only after contacting the support service, the owner and her husband contacted us, the assistant never stayed in the access area. In short, it was not clear. The apartment with a fireplace is gorgeous, but the sediment from communicating with the owner and her assistant was not very good.

Great apartment near the Old Town. Very tidy, all amenities are present, the host is very friendly and tactful. In general, there were only positive impressions of the stay. An additional plus is the nice view from the balcony and a calm atmosphere.

For me, a person whose passion is regular trips to Ukraine, the world, Mr. Roman's apartment entered the list of apartments, where it was cozy, pleasant from the number of small things and the atmosphere of style. I/ we had enough and more😊. Pleasantly impressed with the presence of a shoe spatula (this is a rarity), towel hangers in the bathroom, a towel in the kitchen (also a rarity), the warm floor in the bathroom and shower is a bonus that gives the legs relaxation. The number of lights and their relevance, full-length mirror, smart apartment style - thank you for that. I am glad that I chose this apartment/ got out of beauty and already in the beauty of the center of the old city🥰. Pros: easy to get to and to find, there are grocery stores nearby, where to eat, good noise insulation, air conditioning. Minus: my husband was ok with this, I was missing a foot towel to put on the floor by the shower😊.
