Cottage vacation rentals in Brackley Beach

A wonderful family vacation spent at Chad and Nicki’s place! Both very friendly and commutated well. Very responsive and would bring something we needed within 15 mins of asking! Comfortable beds, good wifi, beautiful quiet property and just a short bike ride to the water which is great at low tide. Will definitely be back!!

Fantastic place to stay. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. Perfect location for R&R. Would highly recommend. Trash situation is different from the states, but hosts were super helpful.

Had a very peaceful stay in a lovely oceanfront cottage. Very clean and well appointed. Nice quiet neighbourhood in the country, well worth it.

Michelle was very helpful at accommodating our extra cars and went through the trouble of finding us extra parking spaces. Great stay and walking distance to festival grounds (approx 3.6kms). We had a very pleasant stay

Enjoyed my stay there very peaceful and serene even though it was in Jan Quinn( my little dog ) didn’t want to leave Great restaurant just up the road. Beautiful views

Myself and 3 friends stayed at Kathleen’s. We were extremely pleased it was so cozy. Everything you could ever need was available . The location was perfect. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. We were all very happy with the accommodations. She has her cottages decorated so sweet and it felt so welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying there if in cavendish We would love to go back again in the future. Thanks for a wonderful place to relax and connect.

We stayed 3 nights with our dog and enjoyed it very much, we appreciated that though they were fully booked it was not too busy as there are only a few cottages on-site. It was great to have a kitchen and access to a BBQ as well as our own fire pit. The A/C was also appreciated and worked great! Cottage Very close to Cavendish and just a short drive to Charlottetown. Great place close to beach u fortunately it rained while we were there. The added screen room was a blessing

Lori Anne was amazing. Her ad says she responds within I believe 12 hours, however we received responses in less than an hour. The place has EVERYTHING you could need. Forgot bug spray? Beside first aid kit! Forgot toothpaste, shampoo, body wash? In the bathroom! Forgot entertainment? In the sunroom! Forgot your all important cheese knives? In the cutlery drawer! There is nothing she doesn't have available. The view though, is a MAJOR wow! I spent every summer as a child in PEI and I've never seen anything like the view from her property. This is a special place.

Izabella was an extremely friendly and responsive host. She made our stay feel welcoming and offered some good local restaurants to try out. Her directions made it easier to find the cottage which can be easily missed if you're not looking for it on the highway.

The property is what makes Kelly's place so special. It's located on a beautiful country road on a hill with breathtaking views of the river and countryside. Large wrap around deck with a propane fireplace and wall to wall windows surround this home to make it a peaceful & serene setting. Perfect for Eagle watching & star gazing. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in such a beautiful setting of nature.

This place was perfect for our family of 5. I could have spent hours on the 2nd floor deck!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It was a perfect location for our family vacation. It was close to lots of sights and activities. We loved that it was within walking distance to the beach. The house was very comfortable and we felt right at home. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Prince Edward Island.

Beautiful view and very comfortable cottage. Steps from a picturesque beach that we mostly had to ourselves. Jonathan was super helpful and responsive and gave really good local recommendations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. Our hosts thought through many details that make a home comfortable. We visited a local farmers market and spent several evenings cooking in the kitchen which was well equipped with the supplies we needed. The knives were fantastic! We went to a sunflower farm and did a u-pick and there were even vases in the cabinet to put our flowers in. They provided a cooler and chairs for the beach as well which was fantastic. The bathroom and laundry room were clean and well supplied. The living room had a fantastic view of the bay and surroundings. One day at lunch we saw a bald eagle fly by! The stargazing in the yard at night was also phenomenal. The bedrooms were thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. Our hosts were quick and responsive when we had questions and provided easy to follow instructions. Loved our time here, 10/10 would recommend.

What an absolutely fantastic place to stay! As two photographers, we wanted to see all of PEI. The Happy Place was perfect as a base for traveling the rest of the Island. Josie's home was just what we needed for two couples, each having their own side for privacy. With the location on a dead end street, it was quiet and peaceful with amazing sunrises every morning. All the amenities were as described, WiFi was fast and reliable, and the front porch was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing at night watching the moon rise. If we ever get the opportunity to go back to PEI, The Happy Place will be our home away from home!!

Our very first Air B&B stay was far above expectations. A very lovely and comfortable home with beautiful views, but the attention Ashlee gave us before, during and after was above and beyond. The location was great when we ventured to any point on the island and walking the beach shell hunting was fantastic, not to mention the bald Eagles, and Osprey only added to the stay. Ashlee offered us great locations for meals and the Fin restaurant had unbelievable views, as well as walking on the sand bar out to the Atlantic Ocean was breathtaking taking. We cannot say enough great things about this location and Ashlee, except thank you. Anyone who is fortunate enough to go to this little corner of heaven, will find out for themselves what a wonderful home Ashlee offers us. 5+ is not enough one can rate.

Although I did not get to take advantage of the location - you can access the bay directly in a short walk (and the owners have canoes and bikes available at no cost) - you have a direct sight line of the bay from the house. As for the house itself, it was VERY reasonably priced. The hosts have most everything you would ever need, in the kitchen in particular (oh, and the bathroom). It is accessorized and decorated in a nautical theme and that is pretty cool. The hosts also left goodies for me and they had seemingly every imaginable condiment and utensil known to man - LOL. Overall, a wonderful stay, wonderful hosts. I somehow had the wrong address in my phone so I got lost and the hosts had to have send back a dozen different messages trying to help me. Don't get nervous - you have to take a couple dirt roads as you get closer to the cottage - but they are pretty well manicured/maintained. I could write a lot more, all positive, but I will leave it at that. Great stay! I'd come back.

Kevin and Lourdes are amazing hosts. They were welcoming and friendly. The house was cozy and inviting and was very clean. We enjoyed our brief chats with our hosts and found them to be very responsive and hospitable. I highly recommend them.

Heidi's place was exactly as described. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in a beautiful location and provided us with a good home base for exploring PEI.

We really enjoyed staying at this cottage; it was exactly what we needed! Good location near many golf courses and very private. The emergency phone and thermacell (mosquito repellants) were a really nice touch!
