Beautiful and spacious Shepherd’s Hut with kitchenette, en-suite shower & toilet. 1 minute walk to Bracklesham Bay beach. Off-street parking on drive. Close to shops and cafes and a 5 minute drive to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering. Historic Chichester, the South Downs and Goodwood are a short drive. Warm and well-insulated with radiators for cold weather. TV with Netflix You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Studio/Cabin with en-suite shower and toilet, kitchen with microwave, fridge, small oven, toaster, kettle, cups and plates provided. Freeview TV, bed linen and towels heating and hot water included. Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.

One bedroom house in Waterlooville. An ideal base.

This is my small one bed house which is ideal for exploring SE Hampshire & W Sussex. The new king size bed, lounge, kitchen & bathroom provide an ideal base, located in a quiet suburban location. There is excellent access to the A3M & A27, so Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Downs lie within easy reach. I have a nice garden and car bay for my visitors and include broadband and gas central heating which I hope will make your visit relaxing, convenient and enjoyable.

Delightful 2 bedroom annex on beachside road.

The Cabin is a self-contained detached annex on a quiet no-through road, with only a 50 metres walk along our road to the beach. The Cabin has its own private courtyard, complete with outside heated shower. With 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 set of adult sized bunks but limited headroom. The Cabin is delightfully styled with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, bar dining and lounge area. Sorry no pets. The owners live onsite in the main house. Fantastic for beach lovers and walkers.
