Villa vacation rentals in Bracciano

We found Andrea’s villa a very welcoming family home. It really did feel like home from home. It was a wonderful place where we could relax as a family - whether it was reading a book, playing pool, table tennis, or chilling by the swimming pool. The salt water was new to us but we loved it and the depth of the pool was great for diving and jumping as well as swimming - the photos don’t do the pool justice. The pool area is beautifully situated on the property and at different times throughout the day parts are shaded which makes for comfortable swimming. Having the caretaker nearby was very reassuring. We rarely saw him, but he would be available if needed. We did a day trip to Rome and drove to Fidene ( parking was easy and free) and then caught the train into Roma Termini - 1 Euro per person - amazing value. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and we had a lovely stay there at the end of our holiday.

We stayed two families in the house with plenty of room for big and small. the terrace is worth highlighting with its beautiful view. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful garden at the front of the house with another nice terrace. The kitchen was more than fully equipped-there was everything you could want. Francesco and family were very friendly and helpful and were answered to all our questions very quickly. An absolutely lovely week in wonderful house and beautiful surroundings. The area has a lot to offer. There is ample opportunity for nature experiences just around the corner. restaurant and shopping about 3 km. We'd love to come back another time. A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

Andrea was very attentive to everything. Although we don't know Italian, he was attentive and made an effort to understand us. Recommended. Everything was very clean. Very nice place. If I visit Europe again, I would stay at this place again

Fausto was a great host, and we enjoyed our stay very much. And we greatly appreciated that he booked a very early morning taxi for us to the airport.

It was a joy and a privilege to stay in this beautiful home. It is rare to have the opportunity to spend time in such a special place. Everything was perfect and so comfortable. Mario and Diana have decorated the house exquisitely, there is something wonderful to see in every room. It’s like having a boutique hotel all to yourselves! The setting is peaceful, very private and we slept so well. We received a very warm welcome from Mario at check-in, helpful information and a lots of lovely food and wine. We took Ubers into the city which was very convenient, and quick. A highlight of our trip was the Vivaldi concert at St Paul’s Church within the walls, which is on Monday evenings. We highly recommend Chalet Marmont, we loved every moment and we hope to return soon!

Francesca and Vittorio's house is a paradise just a few kilometers from Rome The interior is taken care of in every detail, especially the master room,magnificent covered veranda where we enjoyed unforgettable breakfasts, outside with a crazy pool,you will feel like you are in the London countryside. The kitchen is a dream , super equipped , the outward view at sunset will make you forget everything! Recommended for those who love the countryside and nature, the dog Elisabetta has kept us company for the duration of our stay, flexible check-in, friendly hosts! thanks for everything. We were a group of 14 people and it was perfect for all of us ! Near to the metro, it was really easy to move around Rome even if it is a bit far from the center. Maurizio is an excellent host, really welcoming and always here to respond to questions. The Villa is beautiful and perfect for big groups, there are a lot of modern equipments. We celebrated my 40th Birthday with 15 friends and had such a wonderful weekend. The house is big, with private bathrooms for every couple, with 2 kitchens (the downstairs kitchen is excellent for joint cooking etc.). Hanging out by the pool was super nice. The near-by lake is very scenic and the proximity to Rome is great for those who want to do sight-seeing. Edoardo was a great host and easy going. tiny point: we could not find firewood for the pizza oven. Other than that we had a beautiful weekend! Thanks

Daniele is a fantastic host. He was very responsive to some issues we had in the first couple of days. He was also very helpful when we had an issue with some of our luggage. The garden and pool are fantastic. The interior of the villa is nice but slightly dated. I would recommend a car to visit other areas and for supermarket. You are only 10 minutes from the local train station with direct trains which get you into Rome within 20-30 minutes. The town is quiet in the week but very busy at the weekend and maybe due to visiting in April there was not much open on the beach itself. I’m sure that changes as you get into the season. Some great local restaurants and bakery’s which were all reasonably priced.

Impeccable experience, super equipped house was not missing anything, even the chamomile, ideal for those who want to spend a period of relaxation without any thought with an enchanting lake view, if you could assign more stars I would do it. Francesco as a Host was super helpful even more than he should. Highly recommended!

The house with its large garden and private pool is a true slice of paradise. It’s the perfect place to relax and the surrounding villages, some of which are medieval hilltop towns, add a wonderful charm. The area above Poggio Catino also offers fantastic, well-maintained hiking spots, with lovely places to enjoy. My dog thoroughly inspected the fenced yard and couldn’t find any way to escape – excellent! The contact with Luisa and Gianfranco was very pleasant and they were extremely helpful. My favorite restaurant was Ristorante La Casina Nel Parco in Cantalupo In Sabina. I would gladly return, and I highly recommend this accommodation!

The villa is perfect and well located, in the countryside but not isolated. Three spacious bedrooms and an open plan kitchen creates perfect harmony in the villa. The space outside is spacious and well furnished. The well-maintained garden and swimming pool is fantastic. The two weeks we spent at the villa were amazing. The villa is 3 minutes by car from the village or 15 minutes by foot. Nicola and Veronica are super hosts and I highly recommend the villa. we'll definitely be back in the promised year.

Fantastic nice accommodation, we were a group of friends of 10, everyone had their own room. Clean and fresh. Close to shop, slightly further to the beach. Was close to trains that took us into Rome. Nice living spaces. The pool was perfect, the grill we tested too. There was everything you could wish for. Nice host, responded quickly to questions if we had any questions. Helpful.

We had a wonderful time - Luca is a very gracious and friendly host who responded to all my questions in a timely manner. The pool and perfect location to the beach was a great success for my children! I highly recommend this villa :)

We had the most wonderful time staying at this beautiful villa. There was so much space indoors and out, the house and gardens are kept beautifully. We particularly enjoyed the great size pool, the grand piano, grapefruit from the trees for breakfast and snorkelling in the lake. We hired electric bikes from Free Spirit bikes by the station in Bracciano which were great fun, you do need some transport while you’re here and it’s very hilly. It was very, very hot during our stay. There isn’t any air conditioning but we found ways to adapt. Really hoping to come back soon.

The place is beautifully decorated and has an amazing garden! There were little flowers everywhere in the grass and the many sitting areas outside make it possible to move with the sun :) There is a fireplace and a grill and there wasn’t a day we did not spend the evening around the fire talking and playing games. The kitchen is also equipped with salt and other spices which came in very handy Although the place feels very secluded you can walk into the next little city which is beautiful. The only neighbors there are Gigi and his wife who are incredibly nice! We were gifted baked goods and got nice help when grilling. We also spent a day in Rome which is an hour train ride from the villa and it worked really well (there’s also help with the public transportation system provided in the villa). The parking place is big and well lit. We would however recommend to bring indoor shoes or thick socks as we were not prepared for the cold floors. All in all we were really happy! Would recom
