Perendale Penthouse is part of a property which includes Merino Manor, 3br and Suffolk Studio, 1br. Generally the three units are rented out seperately but they can all be rented together in which case we can accomodate up to 22 guests. We are situated on a rural property which is super quiet and peaceful. We are half way up the Darling Scarp which affords us magnificent and uninterupted City views. Sit back on the front verandah and watch the planes, trains, kangaroos, sheep etc come and go

Welcome to our small, cosy, and comfortable 3 x 2 unit situated in the suburb of Ellenbrook. It may be small in size, but it can comfortably accommodate individuals, couples, and small families/groups of up to 6. The property offers 3 x bedrooms, 2 x bathrooms with shower/toilet (there is no bathtub), and secure undercover parking for 2 x vehicles with direct access into the unit. The home has all the necessities needed to make you stay a comfortable one, and we hope a home away from home!!

Alma Apartment - easy access to airports

Alma Apartment is easy access to both airports and to the Swan Valley. Your accommodation is self contained, with your own front door, and initial access is via a lock box so you can come and go as you please. Basic breakfast goods supplied for first 1-2 days. A queen size bed with firm mattress, as well as clothes storage. There is a comfy sofa for watching TV (currently free to air only) and a console with powerpoints for charging your devices. Wifi accessible. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY.
