Just down road from the Bridger & Gallatin vet. We allow well behaved dogs for a one time fee, please mark pet. We are powered by solar. There’s ac in the summer months.

Guesthouse w/ Great Views & Hot Tub

Enjoy beauty & relaxation on acres of land and horse pastures while being minutes from Hyalite Canyon & Reservoir (some of the best hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, ice climbing, etc.) and 10 minutes from down town. The guest house (the 2nd floor of a detached building on our property) is over 1,000 square feet and the perfect place to use as basecamp as you explore Bozeman and surrounding areas. The hot tub with mountain views is a perfect way to unwind from your day.

Dexter Peak cabin, elegantly rustic near YNP/Chico

Dexter Peak Cabin is located near the base of the mountains on a 25 acre parcel shared with our home but still private. Close to Livingston, Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone River, waterfalls, hiking and fishing, and 35 minutes to Yellowstone Park. Cabin is located about 200' from owner's home but the outdoor areas are oriented away from the home and toward the mountains. Little to no traffic as we are a couple with no kids. Dexter Peak Road is a great road for walking!

The Granny Flat

Bright, spacious and clean 1 BR/1BA guesthouse. Complete with all amenities needed for a relaxing getaway, including king size Tuft and Needle bed (comfort heavily noted in our reviews), washer/dryer, Roku TV, high speed internet, and well equipped kitchen. Short distance to West Side restaurants or downtown shops. Multiple nearby parks and ponds. Apartment is over detached garage with an independent door leading to an enclosed stairwell.

Trout Way Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy all of the close hiking and walking trails with Bridger Ski Resort 15 minutes away. Musuem of the Rockies is only a 5 minute drive while all the East Main Bozeman dining/shopping locations are nearby as well. This small cottage is very comfortable and quiet while having all the necessary amenities. It has a California King size bed and a queen size futon for sleeping comfortably.

Izaac Walton Cabin - No Cleaning Fee

10% discount for 7 days, 3 night minimum stay. Secluded bright and cheery, comfortable cabin with queen bed on 212 acres only 4 miles from Livingston. Fantastic views of Absaroka Mts. from the deck. Very private, peaceful and quiet. A good base for visiting Yellowstone National Park or working from home. Long stay guests have said internet is fast and good. The cabin is perfect for 2 people. There is only one queen size bed.

Bridger View Bunkhouse

This brand new apartment in the new sought after area of Bozeman that has spectacular views of the Bridger Mountains and Spanish Peaks.
