This central and spacious unit in the iconic heritage-listed ‘Sun Apartments’ building, provides the perfect base for exploring the city. Nestled along the lively Brunswick Street, immerse yourself in the vibrant pulse of Fortitude Valley, with the abundance of cafes, bars, and shops right on your doorstep. And with a bus stop conveniently situated at the doorstep and only a short stroll to the train station and Brisbane CBD, getting around is a breeze. Oh, and we just upgraded to a King bed!

This north Brisbane downstairs apartment has easy access from the quiet inner-city suburban street, surrounded by leafy trees, and air-conditioned. Off-road parking is available. It is a short walk to a lovely coffee shop and the bus stop, close to the shopping village and train station, and 20 minutes drive from the airport. Guests may have complete privacy, with access directed as needed. Otherwise, I and my husband are usually home and guests may be greeted and made welcome if they wish.
