Our house is surrounded by a garden, with stunning views of the countryside, 15 minutes from Douai, 15 minutes from the natural space of Les Argales in Rieulay, 30 minutes from Lille, Lens and Valenciennes. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the outdoor amenities, the above ground swimming pool, heated in the summer, accessible from the terrace, and a wellness area in one of the 3 bedrooms. You will be able to have a great stay and good moments of relaxation or sports!

Charming 29 m2 2-room apartment, completely refurbished, independent entrance, Orchies city center close to shops, restaurants, train station, Lille – Valenciennes highway (15 minutes by car) and 10 minutes from the Saint Amand les Eaux Thermal Center, 20 minutes from Douai and Tournai. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen (microwave, fridge and stove), a bedroom with dressing room and desk, bathroom with shower, TV and free fiber optic Wi-Fi.

The duvets are adjustable (4-seasons). The living room features a smart TV with access to Netflix. Kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric ovens and microwave. The atmosphere is understated and warm, with solid oak flooring and wooden furniture. Invoice provided upon request.

Come and recharge your batteries at the Argales pond, quietly at the edge of the woods and only 20 minutes from Douai, 30 minutes from Lille or Valenciennes. Close to the Scarpe Canal, circuits and hiking trails through the nature reserve. Enjoy the entire house, bright and comfortable with large windows overlooking the garden, and a glass walkway overlooking a mezzanine with foosball and darts for a lot of conviviality.

Close to major roads, Lille, Arras, Tournai, Bethune and Lens are less than 1/2 hour away, and Douai is 10 minutes away. The Annex is a 50 m2 extension of my home that is totally independent. The ANNEX will welcome you in a family atmosphere. For your professional stays, your weekend discoveries, or to take your exams (GAYANT EXPO 10 minutes away) we will put everything at your disposal to make your stay enjoyable.
