We welcome you to a house completely renovated by us, quiet in a Champagne village with all amenities. EPERNAY, Capital of Champagne and its famous cellars 10 minutes away. REIMS and its cathedral are 40 minutes away. PARIS 1 hr 30 mins away. Access to the Véloroute 100 meters away. Private and closed car parking.

Beautiful cozy house in the heart of Hautvillers, completely renovated and classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Accessible for 2 nights or more, with family or friends to relax or simply enjoy the area. It has a bedroom with large bay windows leading to a terrace that has a magnificent view of the vineyards of Champagne and Épernay. It's a modern, fully equipped house with a ground floor and two floors.

Come and try the Champagne experience in this 45 m2 apartment located in the heart of the capital of Champagne. It includes an entrance serving a spacious and pleasant bedroom, a living room with equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet.
