From the living room window, one can witness the movement of the city. Cafes, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, parking and a variety of shops can be reached on foot.

The apartment is new, has high-speed internet, a double bed and a sofa bed, thus being able to accommodate up to four adults. On request, we also have a crib and high chair available. The building has a movie theater, laundry, gourmet area, fitness center and a covered parking space per apartment! We'll make your stay a unique experience!

The entire place will only be available to you and your friends, including outdoor areas. We (7 suites and 1 bedroom) being 6 with air conditioning. 30 people are carried in beds/bicamas. Township with whirlpool, sauna, fishing ponds, garden and orchard, elastic bedding, bedding, table and bath linen, except pool towels. We included the COOK service.
