Walpole view is a beautiful newly renovated boutique apartment with a lovely open plan living kitchen dining area with high ceilings. Bespoke plantation shutters at all the huge windows over looking the Walpole bay hotel with sea views. There is a super king size bed in the master bedroom with a high end en-suite. Direct level access from the modern kitchen to the raised deck, ideal for al fresco dining or a glass of wine after a day at the beach. Centrally located, with easy access to all the bars and restaurants and a lovely park opposite. The train station is a 5 minute walk and we have a taxi rank and a Co-op supermarket at the end of the street.

Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Botany Bay. The ‘Hide-Away’ is all you need to enjoy a peaceful break by the sea. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

Baydream Studio is a self-contained private and beautiful space built onto the side of our house. It has fabulous direct seaviews and a balcony. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, which has a Seaside Award meaning it is one of the best beaches in England. The Studio is comfortable, spacious, light and airy. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute level walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs.
