The appartment has all standart equippement and is well alight. It does lack luxury but if that is not what the renter is looking for the surroundings and the hospitability of henrique will make up for it at ease. We had a great stay!

El departamento de Cirla es hermoso! Mucho más de lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. Además, todo está impecablemente limpio, y tiene todas las comodidades para sentirse como en casa. Como si esto fuera poco, Cirla es una anfitriona de lujo. Siempre atenta a cada detalle y a las necesidades de los huéspedes. Responde a cada consulta con gran rapidez, es comprensiva y flexible ante cada pedido. Recomiendo 100% su departamento y en especial valoro mucho su calidad humana, que es lo más importante y lo principal que uno necesita para sentirse a gusto. We are a large family with some members living in the US, some in Canada, some in Niteroi and some in São Paulo. As a group our ages range from 4 to 74. This was by far the best family vacation we have ever had. Everything exceeded expectations, from the house itself to the ease of dealing with very friendly and generous hosts. The very short walk to the beach means that several of us went for a stroll or a quick dip in the ocean several times a day. The beach scenery, which can be uniquely appreciated from the third floor of the house is spectacular. The house is large, clean, fully air conditioned and extremely comfortable. The swimming pool is excellent. I have no hesitation in giving this experience the highest recommendation -- we will definitely come back!

Wonderful apartment, spacious and beautiful. Great location just 2 blocks away from the ocean. The host is very nice and flexible! Easy to communicate with and flexible with my changes. Highly recommend this apartment to all travelers coming to Rio De Janeiro! We also had a blast for the carnival!

Great apartment, description and pictures are accurate. Very nice amenities (pool, gym, etc) in the condominium, large covered parking garage, and easy access to the beach. The area/neighborhood seemed very safe and appeared to be a popular spot for joggers. Excellent communication from the host, friendly and very quick to respond. Host was flexible, and in-person check in/out was extremely easy. Apartment was very clean on arrival. Mattresses were a little firm for me, but that's typical for Brazil. I would definitely recommend, and would stay here again.
