We had a fantastic stay at this place in Akasaka! The location is perfect—right in the vibrant heart of the city with awesome restaurants nearby and super easy access to Tokyo’s major landmarks. The apartment itself is tucked away in a quiet spot, which was great for relaxing after a busy day. It’s surprisingly spacious, making it an ideal choice for families and groups (probably up to 3-4 ppl max). We loved our time here and would definitely book this place again. Highly recommend!

As described, it was a new property, and everything was very new and clean.The living room, bedroom, and bathroom were very clean and easy to use. Unfortunately, the weather was bad and chilly, so we couldn't BBQ on the terrace, but we definitely want to use it next time. It was quiet because it was located just off the main street, but I missed the entrance road at first. It is very convenient because it is close to the sea and there are shops nearby, so I definitely want to use it again.

Airbnb has a parking spot. 1 min walk to the nearest supermarket and convenience store. Around 10-15mins walk to the nearest station. The house appears huge in the pictures, but in reality, it's a lot smaller. But is definitely enough for 2 people. Has all the amenities you need.

I stayed for two nights without any inconvenience, and I had a relaxing and comfortable stay like my home. My dog also seemed to have a lot of fun because there was a garden. It was a short walk and the sea was really quick, and it was a time when there were few people, so I enjoyed the walk. There was also a convenience store nearby.

It was quiet and clean. I had a great time.

This place is a gem. First, communication with the host was very clear. Easy instruction. Ample amenities for our family - lots of towels provided, complete cooking utilities. Good heating. Perfect location: Very near to the train station (Keikyu Line) I'd say we (a family with 6 kids) took about 3-4 minutes walk. Right after you exit the station, you'd be greeted with lots of store. There are FamilyMart at the exit, 7 Eleven at the nearby alley, as well as fresh fruit shop and other stores. You can choose whether you want to eat out, or cook. There are also few playground within walking distance. The one that our kids love the most is the big playground with monsters made of tires, also swings with tires - and it's quite big. The only downside is the furniture is not that squeaky clean. The bidet sometimes doesn't work. Aside from that, we are very thankful to meet with this gem at our last minute. Close and easy to get to from the airport, and also easy to get to the city

We had a wonderful week's stay in Sylvia's pair of apartments. We felt very welcomed. Sylvia thoughtfully left us a delicious welcome package. Everything in the unit was clearly explained in the comprehensive instruction binder. It was an extremely convenient location for our visit to Tokyo Disney, Rinkai Park and other key sites in the city. When you don't want, or need, to stay in the congested city center, this is a great location. It is steps from the Nishi-Kasai subway station, which made it super easy to get to wherever we wanted to go in Tokyo. There is also a taxi circle at the station, so it was always a breeze to catch a taxi. There are countless restaurants within a few blocks. The beds were very comfortable and the shower areas were very large. The TV & internet worked perfectly. There is a 24-hr mini-market next door to meet your needs at any hour. We loved our visit and will definitely stay at Sylvia's place if we ever return to Tokyo. All in all, highly recommended.
