Vacation rentals with breakfast in Bosham

The Studio was perfect; so well thought out and designed. West Meon is gorgeous, and we followed recommendations for local meals and walks. In addition to being lovely, the room was extremely comfortable with everything you could need. Connie and Michael were thoughtful and welcoming hosts who really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

We had a delightful one night stay at The Nest on our way to the south coast. After a long day of travel, arriving at The Nest was a welcome embrace. Spotlessly clean and so cozy, it is clear that Sally and Steven have put much care and effort into making this lovely space an oasis. We slept well and were appreciative of the optional breakfast. Steven's culinary skills provided us with a hearty start to the day and we enjoyed the opportunity of chatting with Sally and learning more about the area. Our only regret is that this was a one night stay. If ever in the area, we would certainly stay again. While we did not visit on this trip, we highly recommend nearby Petworth--both the town and the National Trust property are within easy reach.

Roxanne really is a 5 star host. she made our stay easy and stress free. really felt like a home from home! the kids had so much to entertain them and it was completely kitted out with everything we needed. the caravan is lovely and comfortable. if we ever need somewhere to stay in Portsmouth we will definitely be choosing Roxanne!

Really enjoyed our stay. The barn was beautiful. The beds were really comfortable. The welcome hamper was amazing, cracking wine 🍷 🙏🏻 Alison was friendly and checks in on us while giving us plenty of space too. A really great base to explore West Sussex and Hampshire. Easy to find and tons to do locally. Thanks for a lovely stay 🙏🏻

Absolutely beautiful home within a home. Shame it was for just one night as the place warranted staying longer. lovely furnishings, comfortable bed. Loved the fact that the fridge was stocked. And tea and coffee available. Extremely clean and welcoming, great that we could watch prime and Netflix, it was my friend and my yearly stay away, to de-stress, and that's what we did. What a wonderful place to stay! Location The location is amazing. Peaceful and tranquil but only a short walk along the beautiful woodland & watercress beds/ river to the town which has an amazing play park, soft play, cafes, shops and restaurants. Lovely country pub the Titchborne Arms just a short drive away. Sleep/ bedrooms So peaceful and tranquil. Very high quality mattresses and linen. Had a wonderful sleep. Amenities/ added extra We felt they were very generous for the price point. Nice welcome items milk, coffee pods, good salt, tea, granola etc. loads of shower gel, shampoo. Great to have a coffee machine and smart TV. Also Hosts were very warm & approachable but not intrusive. The barn was very clean and parking was really easy. It has a shower and bath, very soft towels. All in all a great stay!

Keith’s place is a really sweet with a large comfortable bed, sofa and kitchenette, and an immaculate bathroom. There are chairs and tables indoors and out on the patio area - the latter with lovely views up to the downs and across the fields. There are lots of walks around the area and it is really peaceful. Keith was charming and everything was perfect for a lovely night away.

A great stay with Christine. A very friendly host offered us coffee and a chat on arrival. A small room with double bed and shared bathroom, but lovely and clean and comfy and suited our needs perfectly. Christine offered us a large fridge to keep our picnic food which was a great help. Would highly recommend a stay with Christine

Een fijn appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Een prachtige badkamer met fijne regendouche en handdouche. Het bed was ook top, we hebben goed geslapen. Het enige om rekening mee te houden is dat je een paar trappen omhoog moet. Vanuit het appartement is het museum The D-Day Story op loopafstand en het bezoeken waard. In 35 minuten lopen ben je bij The Spinnaker Tower en Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. In de buurt van het appartement zijn voldoende restaurants en een supermarkt. Het is een fijne plek om te verblijven. Wij hebben genoten.

The annexe was easy to find and spotlessly clean - I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a cleaner property. There was plenty of parking space for both ours and the owner’s cars in the driveway. Communication was very solicitous and helpful. Lots of useful information ref pubs and shops etc. was provided in the annexe. A nice touch was the filled fruit bowl and the breakfast cereals along with fresh milk, juice and water for our use. The living space was small but the bedroom was roomy and light with an extremely comfortable bed and bed linen. The bathroom was sparkling clean and with plenty of hot water in the shower. It was a convenient location for many of the pleasant towns and villages in West Sussex.

Schon vor der Anreise war die Kommunikation mit Matt ganz fantastisch: er schreibt im Vorfeld genau, wie man seinen Aufenthalt planen kann, wo ein Parkplatz ist, wo die Schlüssel für die Wohnung zu finden sind. Auch gibt er Tipps und Hinweise, wo in der Umgebung Ausflugsziele, Sehenswürdigkeiten, empfehlenswerte Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu finden sind. Das Appartement ist wunderschön gelegen. Wir haben jeden Morgen mit Blick aufs Meer gefrühstückt. Die Wohnung ist makellos sauber und super ausgestattet. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten (mehr als das: selbst ein Fön, den wir zuhause vergessen haben, haben wir in der Wohnung gefunden). Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und haben viele von Matts Vorschläge umgesetzt und so viele tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele in der Region besucht. Danke dafür - es war wunderbar!

Debora's property is perfect as a stop off on an overnight hike or to enjoy a couple of days in the countryside. Debora was extremely welcoming and attentive. We arrived after a long hike in a downpour of rain and were completely soaked through. Debora was super accommodating to make sure we were fully dried off and comfortable. The array of breakfast and snacks left for us were much appreciated. We didn't try it ourselves, but there is a lovely looking pub right at the end of the road, or if you prefer a night in like us plenty of options for delivery on Uber Eats. 10/10, 100% would stay here again.

Our 2nd stay at Johns place and again it was excellent! We love this flat! Clean and bright. Great hot shower and comfy bed. Bonus having breakfast supplies provided and delicious lemon drizzle cake. Great location, close to the seafront and pier and the bus is handy. We’ll be back!!

Portsmouth is a great place the flat was perfect for four of us which comprised of me and three 18 year old girls .everything you need is nearby or short walks and plenty to do your bassicly in the middle of it all . We had a great time and this was my first airbnb and was very impressed with the whole experience and great hosting I will be back

We felt like coming home. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and the wonderful equipped living- room and dining area. The breakfast was great and the tips for Restaurants etc. very helpful. Our dog was welcome, too. We definitely recommand These wonderful quiet place.

Lucy was extremely hospitable & thoughtful ! The fridge in my room has crumpets inside !! Cute ! A bowl of little varied chocolates, one of fruit & cutlery , a breakfast bowl , kettle : tea , coffee , hot chocolate and more , she thought of everything , and even had some toiletries incl shampoo & conditioner.. my room has its own showroom / toilet 👍🏼 Very communicative , friendly , helpful and happy for you to enjoy her garden and home ! Will def stay again if I return ! Plus Sassy her fluffy grey cat is a bonus ! Thanks L! 🪷

Hot tub was amazing along with bbq and fire pit and there was nothing you wouldn’t do for us honestly, you were both so kind with every thing you done for us the last 2 nights, so unexpected but amazing! Just wanted to say how amazing Sophie has been from start to finish. We booked this one year in advance and Sophie was always on hand with any questions. Probably one of the best service we had ever. The place Sophie has is beautiful. The photos do not do this place justice. We thank you for such an amazing safe space to visit.

What a FAB find, Sue has thought of everything and you have breakfast included. The room is very spacious plus a balcony to sit out and chill, free parking outside and a five minute walk into the town, what more could you ask for, many thanks Sue.
