Climate-smart small cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Guest house in Nybro near the main house

About a 10-minute walk to Nybro center, about 20 minutes by car to Kalmar, is this fully furnished accommodation with two rooms and a kitchen (about 47 sqm) with a private entrance. Within walking distance, there is a McDonald's, restaurant/pizzeria, Malkas gym and O&B, about 800 meters. Nybros ice rink, 700 m Bus stop, 200 meters Riksglasskolan A campground with a swimming lake, 200 m. Slalom slope and ski and exercise trails about 2.5 km. NOTE! The house is centrally located with proximity to city life and good public transport, which means a certain level of noise from traffic.

Cozy cabin with its own lake

Welcome to Ulvasjömåla At the end of a winding forest road, in northern Blekinge, lies this little paradise. The cottage is surrounded by forest, and is a stone's throw away from the lake, where you have your own jetty. The perfect place if you dream of a break from everyday life. Cold baths outside or in the lake. The food is cooked on a fire or in the outdoor kitchen. Drinking water is collected from the pump house located just behind the house. Toilet visits take place in luxury. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

Smålandstorpet

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Ocean front modern cottage

Modern cottage only 15 meters from the beach and the bridge that leads you into the sea. The property built in 2019 is scenic on Dunö about 10 minutes (car) south of Kalmar. The cottage includes 25 sqm floors + 10 sqm sleeping loft and has a full kitchen and bathroom with a shower. Proximity to exercise tracks and several other bathing areas and docks. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Panorama archipelago

Modern cottage with panoramic views of Karlskrona archipelago located about 10 meters from the sea. Bed linens and towels are included, beds are made and ready when you arrive. Access to a child-friendly beach shared with the host family. The accommodation is suitable for families of up to 4 people. In addition to this accommodation, there is also an apartment for 2 people to rent on Airbnb called Seaside apartment. The main house can also be rented when we are away. "Villa archipelago"

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun! 75 meters to the beach with a small cafe. The accommodation offers a quiet and peaceful environment with forest walks with the possibility to find your own small stands along the way. Walk to "Vita Sand" with mini golf, kiosk and a fantastic beach. The cottage is completely renovated in 2024 with all the comforts.

Cottage on south Öland

Newly renovated cottage at Southern Öland. The cottage is equipped with necessary equipment + dish washing machine. Final cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Quiet and scenic area on the bare limestone landscape of south Öland. Free parking space and a harbor for smaller boats are available. Dogs are allowed after request.

Studio Styrsö

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
