Boryana’s cottage was the perfect place for a peaceful and quiet getaway! We loved the cozy atmosphere and homey feel of the hut!

A very comfortable and spacious house for recommendation. It has all the described contents and you will not miss anything during your stay in it. It is located in a pleasant and peaceful environment. The location is good and is 10 minutes drive from Samokov and 10 to 15 minutes drive from Borovets. The host Dmitar is very kind and available all the time of your stay.

We stayed 17 people (two families with children) at Alexander's place for 10 days. It was our first time for such a trip and the stay at his place was most wonderful for us. The house is very pleasant, clean and equipped with everything needed. The garden is also large and well maintained. Alexander is a very nice and kind host who helps and provides a solution for everything you need, such as an additional refrigerator and an additional dining table in the garden. He also helped us with the trip from the airport and all the trips in the area. We felt that he really wanted us to enjoy and be satisfied with our vacation and thanks to him it was. We highly recommend this place for a vacation and hope to return in the coming years.

I stayed with Laura and Koci for 2 months to write my book - and it got done! This place is great if you want to have few modern-life distractions. During the week you are completely isolated in the mountains, and beautiful walks are on your doorstep. The dogs are very friendly and keep you company in the week, they do like attention! There were occasional irregularities with the services - water, electric, internet etc. - this is part of BG countryside, and the hosts did everything they could to sort it out. At the weekends, the family return and it is a buzzing hive of Bulgarian country life activity - so perhaps more like a room share in a larger family house. You can travel to the local town on public transport for food etc. - I did the whole 2months without a car and was fine, the village has the basics and the people in the village are very friendly to foreigners. My partner stayed occasionally, both the hosts and the village are LGBTQ+ friendly. Laura and Koci did everything they could to ensure my stay was comfortable and that I had everything I needed to write my book. Laura is super friendly and checks in regularly that all is good. I would easily recommend this stay if you're looking for somewhere quiet on the foot of the mountains....possibly to write a book...

Селото е в природата, има страхотни гледки към Рила планина и по точно върховете около Мальовица, домакините предлагат гъвкава политика на настаняване, стига се лесно до мястото, предлагат се всички необходими удобства, има хубав двор и механа, доволен съм от мястото и предлаганото отношение от домакините!!!

If you are looking for a house near Sofia, in some quiet place, with a big garden, well equipped kitchen, many rooms to sleep and nice barbecue area... this house would work just perfect. The communication with George was smooth. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Преживяването може да се опише като “на гости при най-близките роднини”. Алекс и Ради са повече от хостове, те са приятели, роднини. Там се чувстваш обгрижен, като у дома си! Магическо място направено с много любов и даващо любов и уют!

Вилата е точно като на снимките. Има всички екстри за прекрасно изкарване. Басейнът е страхотен, изцяло на разположение на гостите по време на престоя. В кухнята има абсолютно всичко за готвене. На разположение беше голяма миялна машина и всичко необходимо за ползването ѝ. Препоръчвам мястото на компании, търсещи почивка и чист въздух. С удоволствие бихме посетили вилата отново!

Един от най-хубавите ни престои в България по линия както на самото място, така и на домакините. Милена бе много любезна, отзивчива и постарала се всичко да бъде под конец. Нищо не липсва в къщата - чудесни условия за почивка откъм удобства, съчетани с усещане за уют. Благодарим!

We were very happy with the visit. My girlfriend has health problems and we needed a quiet and peaceful place for her to relax. Nuala's place fits this description. It is situated in an unfinished golf resort in the middle between Kostenets and Dolna Banya. There are beautiful views towards the mountain. During the week there was almost no one else in the resort and so we could see all kinds of birds around us by just looking through the windows - including pheasants, hawks and owls. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to visit again

The apartment was really nice and what was expected from the flora, the room was big and spacious for us 2 adults and 1 child, nice and warm, nice and clean upon arrival, lovely view in the forest, doesn’t smell of smoke! Just a short walk into the resort and lifts, host was very responsive to messages and helpful, would be happy to book this again, thanks very much, provided with small kitchen area with fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave along with sink hob etc, bath and overhead shower 👍

Chamkoria Chalets е чудесно място за отдих и предлага всичко необходимо на своите гости. Веска и персоналът са изключително отзивчиви. СПА зоната е съвсем достатъчна за релакс след ски ден. Апартаментът, който бяхме наели, беше уютен и съобразен за комфортен престой на 2 семейства. Единствено локацията е доста извън Боровец и пътят не е много добър, но транспортът до курорта е добре организиран с маршрутен бус и е включен в цената. Бихме се върнали отново - благодарим!

Really nice accommodation with fully equipped kitchen, super clean. There is a beautiful waterfall on a walkable distance from the apartment. Pavlinka provided very accurate and useful instructions for the Seven Rilla Lakes hiking trail.

Niki, the host gave me clear instructions how to go to the valley of Lavandulas. I found the place easily by maps. I put my camper there and it was nice, huge, vast and beautiful but safe valley. The lake Iskar and the beach were just some metres away. There was a shop nearby. Also I liked the Extreme water sport center which was on a walking distance interesting and funny. I will return again for a short visit as it is not far from the city of Sofia. Ideal for those who wish a tranquil and calm place to stay but not far from the capital.

We loved our stay here in Borovets! The apartment is ideal for a group of friends, so cosy and warm, and exactly what you need after a day of snowboarding. It is close to the ski lifts and also very close to restaurants. So affordable, and with such friendly hosts!

A really modern and beautiful bungalow, with a stunning view over the countryside. Very easy to find and access the property. Joana was very helpful and flexible about our arrival time. Everything was incredibly clean and all the furniture, linens and towels seemed new and modern. Located in a really beautiful area and walking distance to a lovely local restaurant and a small supermarket. You can also easily visit the lift and fortress at Tsari Mali Grad and the Belchin hot spring pools. Also nearby is the lake beach at Kamelot and the Rila Rock pools at Sapareya Banya. Great place for relaxing holiday. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We are beyond pleased with our stay! The property is lovely and provides everything one could possibly ask for. Everything was spotless, the beds are very comfortable, the bbq outside is the perfect place for a fun evening. It shows that the host has put their heart into it. 100% would recommend
