Abbiamo passato un weekend nella casa vacanze un tuffo nel blu e siamo stati benissimo. La casa pulitissima, camere spaziose e arredo nuovissimo e molto curato. I proprietari sono stati disponibili e molto gentili. La struttura è dotata di un'ampia piscina e di posto macchina. Consigliatissimo anche per famiglie.

We had a fantastic experience at Nico’s place in Matera. The apartment was immaculate—modern, beautifully designed, and exactly as pictured. It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nico and Rossana were incredibly thoughtful hosts and even left us delicious pastries to enjoy on arrival. The location is great—just a pleasant 20–25 minute walk to the Sassi area. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

What a great place to stay when visiting Matera. It’s about 5 minutes walk to the Piazza Victorrio. So many restaurants nearby. The place was clean and very spacious. Bruna and her husband met us and helped with the parking. She was always very responsive to What’s app. Will definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Matera. This was a blissful stay. Petronela is a great person. She was more than kind and hospitable. The apartment is beautiful. Every detail was perfect. She even brought me a home cooked meal. The location is lovely. The streets, cafes, stores. The people around were happy and helpful. Even the temperature was just divine. The train stops close by. I recommend this place, for sure. For a real getaway. You deserve it.

Wir waren zwei Nächte in Matera und haben die Wohnung von Cinzia ausgewählt auf Grund der guten Lage. Restaurants und Bars sind nur in ca 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider hat die Wohnung keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Nach einer Suche haben wir ca. 10 Euro pro Tag bezahlt für den Parkplatz. Da die gratis-Parkplätze sehr begrenzt sind ist mit einer Parkgebühr zu rechnen. Die Wohnung lässt jedoch ansonsten keinen Wunsch offen. Modern eingerichtet und hohe Räume.
