Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

J’ai eu un séjour parfait, Antonella a été adorable, vraiment aux petits soins. Dans un premier temps je pensais le logement isolé, et en fin de compte avec le bus cela va très vite pour rejoindre le centre touristique. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi. Merci ! Et quel bonheur de retrouver le calme après des journées à déambuler.

Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Sarah war immer sofort erreichbar und hat uns direkt alle Fragen beantwortet. Das Haus ist eigentlich noch schöner als auf den Bildern und sehr privat und ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto sollte man aber haben. Ansonsten war alles top und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist hoch und sicher eingezäunt sodass wir auch mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr entspannen konnten. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich in der Nähe und ansonsten ist Nettuno ein netter Ort. Man kann Abends nach nur 4 Minuten mit dem Auto lecker essen gehen. Ein ganz kleiner Punktabzug ist die Kaffeemaschine... Da gibt es leider nur eine Bialetti, aber dafür gibt's bei den Sternen natürlich absolut keinen Abzug. Das Haus ist super und sehr gut ausgestattet. Danke für die tolle Auszeit!

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend fantastico in questa casa bellissima con piscina, perfetta per rilassarci tra amiche. La casa era pulita, accogliente e ben attrezzata. Teo è stato un host gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Consigliato!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The host was very accommodating since the original home was not ready for guests. They provided our family with another home on the same property. We spent our days in Rome and relaxed in the pool in the evenings! It was a great combination of busy tourist city exploration and laid back Italian countryside villa in the evening. It could use some upgrades. We understand it was a very hot time of year, so persianas in the windows to keep the home cooler in the summer or possible AC. Our host did proved us with extra fans for all the bedrooms. We had to sleep with windows open, so there were many mosquitoes.We had a small issue with a faucet that continued to turn on, we believe because of high water pressure. Also the toilet kept running. The caretaker’s tried to fix the issue in a timely manner. The home was rustic yet had all the essentials. The atmosphere was wonderful. The pool was always so clean. Fantastic relaxing AirBnB for our family of 7!

S ubytováním jsme byli moc spokojeni. Každý den jsme využívali zahradu a ocenili jsme vlastní vstup na pláž. I když jsme 4 rodiny, pohodlně jsme se vešli a ubytování bylo velmi prostorné.

A lovely, exceedingly tidy little apartment with stunning views of the lake and enormous TV screens! Very tranquil. Not suitable for people with mobility difficulties as there's a steep, stone-paved path leading to the entrance (the host helped with the luggage). I wish I could have stayed longer and would certainly go back again.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. Tuvimos el cuidado de elegir el hospedaje como punto base para nuestras actividades en familia. Deseábamos un lugar tranquilo, cómodo, donde poder saborear el entorno. Luigi y Paolo han tenido la delicadeza de poner interés por sus huéspedes, estuvieron pendiente siempre. Encontramos las dependencias limpias, todo funcionaba como un reloj. Los anfitriones FUERA DE SERIE. Felicitaciones a ambos . . . .

Great place a few steps away from the beach. Very well stocked and the private rooftop patio was definitely our highlight. Augustino was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte nella casa di Stefania e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. L’appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Host gentile e disponibile, pronto a venire incontro a ogni esigenza. L’unico piccolo aspetto da considerare è il parcheggio, che può risultare un po’ complicato nella zona, ma ovviamente non è qualcosa che dipende da loro. In ogni caso, il soggiorno è stato ottimo e lo consigliamo con piacere!

Had an amazing stay here. Really beautiful flat with all the amenities and a patio. So gorgeous. Everything is really modern and clean. Would totally recommend! Matteo was super responsive and a fantastic host. Hopefully will be back in the future!

If you want to stay in the center, stay in the center. If you have two feet stay there. It was like Alice jumping after the Rabbit to go through the wall and explore the city. Tuscolano is great, normal, busy and quiet too.

This Airbnb was everything we could’ve hoped for, beautiful, spotless, and in the most convenient location. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to see, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The space itself was like a work of art. It was thoughtfully designed, unique, and full of character. Christian was an incredible host, he was warm, responsive, and full of amazing local recommendations that truly made our trip special. We felt so well taken care of. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Rome. Highly recommend!

Wij hebben echt een geweldige tijd in dit huis gehad. Het is een groot mooi schoon huis. Bedden liggen heerlijk, airco maakt de slaapkamers koel. Aan beide kanten kun je prima buiten zitten. Er hangen wel camera's buiten maar daar heb je geen last van. Huis ligt dichtbij het station, 2 minuten lopen, 20 minuten met de trein/metro naar Rome. In de buurt allerlei tentjes om boodschappen te doen, uiteten te gaan. Aan de overkant een bakkertje met verse broodjes. Auto parkeer je wel buiten het terrein van het huis, in de straat. In de tuin staan mooie citroenbomen. Het is wel een drukke buurt, maar zeker veilig. Ik raad dit huis aan iedereen aan die de stad Rome wil bezoeken maar niet in het drukke centrum wil zitten. Wij hebben echt een top tijd gehad. Het is echt een heerlijk huis.

The apartment is authentic and has lots of soul and charm. Excellent towels. Gorgeous garden, with tons of jasmine in bloom. Best restaurants in town are within easy walking distance, and the immediate neighborhood is gorgeous and feels secluded with tons of atmosphere. Paolo and his family are conscientious hosts. Would absolutely come back!

An amazing location and hosts ---Outrageous Gardens and landscaping - to the inside; each room and respite were planned and decorated in a warm and family atmosphere. We were very surprised to have the owners greet us at the door - as we walked in the door - it was like you came home to the family from a long trip the table was full of cold cuts, cheese, wine, olives and they gave us breakfast eggs and toast for the next day. Super comfortable and well supplied with the things you need. They didn't miss a beat. On the last night they surprise us after dinner with dessert. Only an Hour and 15 min from the airport if you everything was 5 stars.

We stayed only one night as we were using the house for its proximity to the airport. We would have enjoyed staying longer. The location is great and the neighborhood quiet. I would stay there again for an extended period
