Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

Ivana e Giuseppe sono fantastici host. Sempre disponibili per qualsiasi info o necessità. Casa impeccabile per ordine e pulizia, bellissimo patio dove poter stare con la famiglia durante le belle giornate. Infine anche spazio dentro per un posto auto. Insomma davvero raccomandabile e senza dubbio da ripetere.

Appartamento arredato con cura e con tutto il necessario, molto vicino alla metropolitana linea A che in poco tempo porta alle proncipali attrazioni della città. L'appartamento si trova in una zona molto bella e tranquilla anche di sera, con tutti i servizi in prossimità. Ottima esperienza anche con l'host, molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento!!

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

È un'esperienza indimenticabile, totalmente immersi nella natura. Tutto il silenzio e la tranquillità di cui si necessita per staccare un po' la spina, una piscina a picco sul fronte della collina con una vista mozzafiato. Un barbecue in pietra per le tue grigliate e la compagnia di dolcissimi animali. Pietro e la moglie Pina sono degli host gentilissimi, disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza. Speriamo di ritornare il prima possibile, grazie ancora per tutto 🤍

It was a good place to stay with a little bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. Danilo is great with communication and accommodating us for our needs, friendly host.
