Such a beautiful place. Very comfortable, quiet, clean and very close to all amenities. Alex and Sarah are very hands on and responsive hosts. Conveniently located in a beautiful subdivision, this spot was exactly how it was described and equipped with everything you could possibly need! The beds were so comfortable and the place was super clean. Perry, the host, was fantastic to deal with, communicating quickly and with a friendly disposition. We loved our stay and highly recommend it!

My friends and I stayed in Amanda’s upper apartment and really loved our time there. We arrived late at night and couldn’t find the key in the dark — it would have been very easy to find in the day lol. We called Amanda and she was so friendly and helpful despite how late it was. Throughout the day, we were at SOMMO Festival — a bit of a drive but we didn’t mind at all since we loved Amanda’s place so much! If you’re touring the island, it would be amazing since it’s only 35 minutes from Avonlea Village/Cavendish. I’m not sure if anyone was staying on the lower floor; if they were, we never heard or saw them. We had total privacy. The beds were comfortable and we all had an amazing sleep each night. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I had a great stay with Amy, I booked on pretty short notice for a conference so was stoked to find such an awesome place for a reasonable price in a really central spot. The place was as pictured, really easy to access, super clean, well furnished and had great amenities- the washer and dryer was a life saver and it was so refreshing to have it included in the room cost instead of having to pay an additional fee. This place felt like that old-school style of Air BnB where you got great amenity for a great price. There were no extra fees or over the top check-out rules, I absolutely loved my time there. The host was super responsive and even let me check in early to save me lugging a suitcase around for a few hours- again, such a life saver. I would highly recommend a stay with Amy, it was an awesome experience.

Our little family had a wonderful vacation at Danielle’s place. We loved the access to the beach and the beautiful view. The place was very spacious and we were very comfortable. Danielle was so kind, lending toys to our 3 year old, and spending a bit of time with him along with her grandson. We wish we had have had more time and hope to be back again!

We had an absolute wonderful stay. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a perfect location, in a quite area. It was clean, easy to find, and self cheek in was a breeze. I only negatives were we stayed for three nights but only had coffee for two so we had to buy extra at the grocery store. The batteries in the remote stopped working and needed to be replaced but we didn't have any ( lol may have been a user problem). Both of those things were just small and not real problems. All and all I would say this place is a great place to stay, and would do so again.

The open living area features a light-colored sofa and a black coffee table atop a soft rug. A dining table with black chairs is situated nearby, and a modern chandelier provides overhead lighting. The kitchen is stylishly equipped with white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

Kyle’s space is absolutely perfect for a trip to PEI! The location couldn’t have been any better…centrally located to just about anything you’d like to do/see on the island (less than 9 minutes to my favorite little town, Victoria by the Sea!). Lots of space to spread out in the rental (ideal for a family of 4 or two couples) and a great kitchen for times when you don’t want to eat out. The view from the deck was gorgeous and the perfect spot for your morning coffee or reading in the afternoon (not to mention the sunset views!). I wouldn’t hesitate to book this space the next time I visit the island!

Angela’s cottage was perfect for what we were looking for. Its private location is awesome - very quiet, little neighbourhood. The beach access was a nice bonus with great views. We enjoyed the hot tub on chilly evenings. The cottage was very clean when we arrived, and the instructions were very well laid out and easy to follow. We had a couple small questions when we were getting there and Angela responded and was able to help out right away! 10/10 recommend!

This property is perfectly located! It's just a few steps from the everything, so getting around the city was a breeze. Plus, it's close to amazing shops, cafes, and nature. We truly enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s. Such a beautiful quiet neighborhood so close to everything downtown yet you would never know it. We started and ended each day with a lovely walk on the boardwalk by the ocean. Just a short stroll and we were waterfront. The home had everything we needed for our stay in Charlottetown. We will be back again I’m sure.

We stayed at Van’s place and felt right at home! It was very clean and had all of the listed amenities. It was about a 20 minute walk to downtown, which was fine for us but might be a bit far for those looking to stay right next to bars/shops/restaurants. That being said, it was only a 5 min drive. The only downside was the shower is quite small and with a waterfall shower head, it was difficult to avoid being directly underneath it. However, the shower doors are stunning. Overall, I would recommend staying here and would consider rebooking in the future!

Tharuka’s place is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to main roads. The apartment is spacious and well appointed with needed items in the kitchen (including breakfast items which was an added convenience) as well as ample linens and comfortable furniture. Just a 10 minute drive to downtown and waterfront and close proximity to shopping. Tharuka was quick to respond to my queries and very kind and pleasant. I enjoyed my stay tremendously and would definitely stay again if I return to the Island.

This spot cottage is perfect for couples or two couples looking to get away. The property is very nice and the cottage itself is beautiful and spotless. The hot tub was a great addition to our weekend and we will hopefully be booking again in the summer when more of the local seasonal spots are open. Not too far from Moncton and magnetic hill. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and we enjoyed looking at the water and wildlife through the large windows in the living area. It was a great stay and we can’t wait to come again!

The place was very spacious, clean and cozy with a lot of natural light. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to comfortably cook. Very well furnished with modern and comfortable pieces. Extra linens and towels were readily available and the location makes it very quiet and private, but also close to amenities and night live! When we walked into our Airbnb we felt right at home. Everything was comfy and peaceful. They made us feel very welcome with a little note. The coffee bar was awesome. They even had a Wii for my boys. It’s was just the best place to stay while we were in the process of moving. I recommend anyone coming to Moncton for any reason and wants to feel right at home to stay here at Austin and Mariane’s.

Extremely lovely and comfortable town house. Very roomy kitchen and dining area, living room and bathroom downstairs and well laid out bedrooms and full bath upstairs. We had a fabulous week long visit and Jeff was super friendly and helpful while we were there. Great location for walking all around town and also for day trips all over the island. Really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and having delicious coffee and cream available on arrival. Thank you!

Staying in Sabastian's "Summerside Gem" was a treat. The home is very comfortable, well equipped, and just as described. Everything was super clean and tidy. Sabastian is very accommodating and responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and a beautiful park is just across the street. The home is within easy walking distance of PEI's Confederation Trail, which spans the Island and is suitable for walking or biking. We highly recommend Sabastian's "Gem."
