This is a beautifully renovated studio on the first floor. The space is nicely decorated. The studio consists of an open kitchen, double bunk bed, salon, terrace and separate bathroom with rain shower. Ideal for 2 to 4 people. The seat can be transformed into a sofa bed. Separate entrance with numerical code. The terrace offers a nice view of the garden of the owners who live next door to the house. We had a fantastic stay with Olivier and his family. We could use the beautiful outdoor space to stay and even have a BBQ. Very nice and quiet area where you can enjoy walking or cycling. Thank you!

We had an excelent stay at Bart's place. The location was perfect right between both Antwerp and Brussles. We were able to access both cities easily Antwerp with the park and ride and could easly get into Brussles with the train from this location. We recived a warm and friendly welcome from Bart with all the information we needed for our stay. The room was comfortable and in a beautiful old house. It was the perfect place to stay for our Belgian trip.

Really had a fantastic stay at Maarten's! Beautiful, well-kept, cozy room with bathroom, separate toilet, entrance hall and even private garden to sit outside. Everything is clean and in order, with many details that make the stay very pleasant and cozy (towels, chocolates, coffee and tea, water, crockery/cutlery, microwave, nice smells and plants...). The location is excellent, close to Grote Markt, Zimmerplein and Begijnhof. You are also very close to the beautiful city wall, so you can easily cycle or walk in and out of the city. Most surprising for me was the peace and quiet: no traffic to be heard and the nights were dead quiet. Maarten is very helpful without imposing himself. I could choose completely myself on the day of arrival when I wanted to arrive, which is a huge luxury. Same for the departure day. After 3 nights, I just felt sorry to go home. Without a doubt, highly recommended for those who want to visit Lier or want to cycle or walk in the region.
