Our place is a 10 minute drive to I-35/Ames. Restaurants & a park are within walking distance. This studio is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, rustic charm and is separate from the main house. The living room has a pull-out couch, increasing guest size from 4 up to 6. The space includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining area and an outdoor grill. This is not handicap accessible as it requires going up one flight of stairs. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood!

Less than a 20 min. drive to an abundance of restaurants, shops, and attractions - not including the great places to eat/visit in town. Beautiful, quiet, tree lined street. This was such a cute place! It definitely reflected the area. It was great to have our own space while we visited family in the area. The amenities made us feel at home and we were very comfortable as a family of 5. Linda was a wonderful host and was helpful and welcoming. We will absolutely stay here again next time we are in Gowrie. Thanks so much for a memorable stay.

The home was spacious enough for our group of 4 adults and communication was excellent. Of most importance…the house was VERY clean. We’d stay again!
