We are nestled in a peaceful, quiet, country location, away from all the hustle and bustle, but only 10 minutes from town and all of life’s needed necessities.

This home has a huge yard, fire pit, couples hot tub, and a historic natural freshwater spring. The large deck is perfect for relaxing, hosting events, and the scenery is amazing for photos. This lovely spacious cottage is located between Harrison and Jasper near the Ozark National Forest. Swimming and floating are a short distance away at the Buffalo National River along with numerous hiking trails in the area to explore. The cottage is spacious and has a large covered patio and an adjacent firepit to lounge around and enjoy the sunset over Gaither Mountain. The cottage is located in a fantastic area for motorcyclists and has excellent dark skies for the star gazers!

The perfect home for your lake getaway with family and friends! The cabin is clean and comfortable with all the conveniences of home. It was updated in 2020 with new furnishings, beds and appliances. If you are looking for a secluded cabin in the woods, this is NOT the cabin for you. This is the perfect place to be on the lake to "people watch" and enjoy the boat activity. The Lake is directly across the street with beautiful sunsets and views of the lake and Sugarloaf marina.

I was amazing to look out the window and see ten deer leisurely grazing less than fifty feet from the front door! We stayed in, warm and cozy, during the Arctic Blast that came through during our visit. We had a great visit! Thanks for a great space to have it! Billie

The cabin was perfect for our family of 3 + our pup’s Spring Break trip! The beds were comfortable, the lake was beautiful, the cove was perfect for Kayaking, and Shere was very friendly & super helpful! Our cell phone service was spotty in the area, but it didn’t matter, we were relaxed & offline for a week. My 13 year old has already asked if we could come back every year!

Checking in was super easy, the place was clean on arrival and had what we needed for our stay. When we had a request Alisa quickly addressed it and was pleasant and helpful. There was a nice grassy area outside for the pups to do their business. Thanks for hosting us and welcoming our pups. We all enjoyed the local hiking.

Peaceful cozy getaway not far from downtown Harrison, not far from scenic highway to Jasper, not far from buffalo river swimming holes, and half an hour to the best hikes in Ponca. The host offers many amenities including a hot tub, outdoor shower, laundry, hammock, grill, WiFi, and painting. The place was kept clean and private, but not far from the hospitable hosts who own the property. During our stay, our car actually broke down and the hosts gladly offered to give us a ride, the next day, to the repair shop. We are so thankful for this little getaway—rain or shine we would love to stay here again.

This is my second stay at Shelly’s place, and I would not hesitate to stay there again next time I’m in the area. The place is comfortable, clean and quiet. It’s a quick drive to town with all types of places to eat and shop. It’s also a quick drive to Branson or Eureka Springs, two towns definitely worth visiting. You won’t regret your choice to stay at Shelly’s place!

Didn’t meet Sharon but Don and Rounder were the perfect hosts. Cute little place, loved the back yard. Comfortable and clean. My husband just had surgery and didn’t feel well enough to travel two hour home so this was a nice place to rest for the night. Fortunately he was able to manage the stairs for his frequent trips to the bathroom. That was our only concern. Would stay again definitely.
