Situated on the East Side of the house, The Northam Room overlooks both beautiful, Bonavista Harbour and the Historic Ryan's Premises. This room features a Queen bed, private bathroom with stand up shower and a personal sized Keurig brewer. Enjoy sitting in the dormer, sipping a coffee, or reading a good book while watching the boats go by in the Harbour. Full breakfast provided in the morning.

All of our guest rooms are located on the second floor of the building (stairs only). This suite has a king bed with oceanview, private patio and private entrance.
