Once again staying at this place, and again I was very well received, it is certainly a place that whenever I have to go to Ipa, it is my first option, Amanda and her parents are hyper polite and helpful.

Simple, clean and quiet accommodation. Helpful and polite owners. The three flights of stairs are great exercises to strengthen the leg muscles. I recommend it.

Very quiet neighborhood, with supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, hortifruti and bakery nearby. The house is less than 2Km from downtown Timothy. I recommend it to all future guests.

We traveled for work for two weeks and were greeted by Leidiane and her husband Samuel who were super attentive and helpful to us at all times! New, spacious and airy apartment, new furniture. Despite the heat, it was fine to be alone with the 2 fans in the house. Quiet neighborhood! Great location! You can't walk to the center and markets, but it's about a 5 or 10-minute drive from everywhere we went to visit in the city. Near the bus station. Great value for money!

Thiago is a VERY COOL guy, the house is simple, but very cozy and well equipped. The house does not have Internet, but it has a TV with a lot of channels, if I need to stay in the region again, it will be my first option. Well located and quiet in the neighborhood. Thiago is an excellent host.
