Wood fired fireplace in the living room. Quiet area close to nice swimming, forest, walking paths, boule and gravel tennis court. Patio on the front with outdoor furniture and barbecue in a southeastern location that provides both sun and shade. Lawn for play. Access to rowing boat for visits to swimming islands and for fishing pike, perch and cod. Built year 2024. Size 60 sqm

The cottage is surrounded by forest, and is a stone's throw away from the lake, where you have your own jetty. The perfect place if you dream of a break from everyday life. Cold baths outside or in the lake. The food is cooked on a fire or in the outdoor kitchen. Drinking water is collected from the pump house located just behind the house. Toilet visits take place in luxury das. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

Small, simple but cozy cottage directly adjacent to the forest and close to the sea. Located in Vieryd, right between Ronneby and Bräkne-Hoby on a scenic coastal stretch. About 600 meters to the sea. Small swimming area is within walking distance of the cottage (10 minutes), but there are also good parking facilities at the swimming area. Boat for hire with associated smaller engine, cost SEK 300/day + petrol cost. The boat is in the water at the swimming area (see description above).

The adjacent main house is usually unoccupied during the rental period. A canoe is included free of charge. Towels and bed linen are provided, and a final cleaning is included.
