The home is just as described. Very clean and tidy. We felt very comfortable. The place is quiet and the balcony invites you to relax and offers privacy. We arrived with the backpack and had no problems. The communication with Margarida and Cora was straightforward, friendly and respectful. They were always reachable and took good care of our needs. Cora lives behind the house and gave us a warm welcome and tips. Thank you so much for having us. We can only recommend it:)

Super kind host, responded quickly and always with great request. The photos correspond exactly to what it is. And the location is in the square that is full of restaurants and the side of the quay, which facilitates arrival and departure due to luggage. It was amazing ! Having done more than 5 different Airbnbs in Boipeba in 2 years, this is the first time I've been picked up at the port of arrival. Although I know the island well, I think it's a very appreciated and outstanding gesture. Viviane is very kind, caring, warm and welcoming. She is very responsive and helps you a lot with any questions. She accepted that I arrive earlier and stay later. The place is like the pictures, it's very pretty and well lit. It is not located in the center, but in my opinion it is the best place. You only hear the birds and it's closer to the beaches. I would highly recommend this place and Viviane as a host. Excellent fit, with all amenities. The terrace is the jewel that differentiates the place. Jaciara and Cinho welcomed us in an excellent way and were always attentive to all our needs.

The stay was peaceful, the place is safe, there are sales nearby and the feeling of being part of the region is incomparable with that of visiting hotels and resorts

For us, Jorge's house became a life experience. We not only found a huge house, well maintained, full of details and in the middle of wonderful wooded nature. We felt cared for and loved at all times. Upon arriving at the port of Boipeba, the house manager, Raimundo, was waiting for us with a smile and a luggage cart. Just a 15-minute walk along the main beach of Boipeba, Boca da Barra, and along a sandy path we arrive at this site. When we opened the door, a bouquet of roses, a package of coffee and a delicious Chilean wine were waiting for us. Such a thoughtful touch that made us so happy. The spaces in the house are as described, with lots of kitchen utensils, a wonderful bed, a terrace that runs through the whole house and the forest that sings day and night, combined with the sea. We were absolutely happy. I don't have enough space to recommend it with the justice it deserves. Thanks Jorge for everything <3

The house is good, the rooms all with air conditioning and works very well, is close to the points of the tractor and checkerboard and 15 minutes from the center, more well worth the stay! I recommend!

My stay in this house in Boipeba was simply impeccable. From his first contact, Eduardo proved to be an extremely attentive host, responding with agility and resolving everything in a practical and cordial way — something rare and very welcome on more isolated trips. The house is a real refuge: welcoming, well cared for, with that good energy that makes us feel at home right on arrival. Every detail seems to be designed for the comfort and well-being of the guest, from the cleaning to the layout of the rooms. And of course, I can't help but mention the surroundings: Boipeba is a paradise apart, with stunning beaches, lush nature and a quiet hard to find nowadays. The location of the house allows easy access to all this, without giving up the quiet. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic island experience, supported by a top host. Without a doubt, I will return!

Mr. Edson was always available to answer our questions and responded quickly. We had an issue with the lock, but it gave us support and was able to solve it the next day. D.Luzia, who handed us the key, is a great person, always very helpful. The house is about 18 minutes from the pier (if you have a lot of suitcases, we recommend hiring a charger). Close by there are small grocery stores and a bakery. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are large, and the air conditioning works well. In the kitchen, utensils are available for use and, if something is not present (such as a blender or iron), D.Luzia lends with the utmost kindness. However, we note that the house needs some minor repairs. Other than that, the house met our needs well. I recommend it.

Great stay in Moréré, easy access from Velha Boipeba if you arrive before midnight (10–15 min by quad from Velha Boipeba, 20 BRL ride). A big thank you to Marcos for his flexibility for check-in and checkout (arrival at 9:30 a.m. instead of 3 p.m.). The outdoor terrace is amazing, just plan for powerful mosquito repellent. Supermarket and shops are less than a 2-minute walk from the house. Moréré beach is at the end of the street. Incredible and peaceful setting with nearby activities (boat, transfers, diving). The quad taxi point is right next to the house if you need to get elsewhere on the island. Bainema beach is a 20-minute walk from the accommodation. I will definitely come back to Marcos' for my next trip to Boipeba! This island was my favorite in Brazil!

Juliana was an extremely kind and helpful host. On the first day I arrived, I was feeling ill and she was willing to help me, buying food for me and delivering me to the cottage, as well as making herself available to help me with any other needs. The chalets are new and the location is good, close to the point where the tractor and quadricycles leave for trips to the beaches. The place is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. I recommend it to everyone!

The house is beautiful, superbly decorated and with a wonderful backyard, a true haven! The kitchen is super complete, full of utensils that made our stay much easier. The caretaker was amazing, super helpful, and the host was very attentive and helpful all the time. As a suggestion, it would be interesting to have a cozier common space to relax in addition to the room, something like a corner with beanbags or sofas, ideal for sitting, chatting and hanging out with friends. We also miss thicker curtains in some environments, which would help ensure more privacy. Otherwise, we loved the stay and, with these adjustments, the experience can be even more amazing for the next guests.

I really enjoyed the stay with Monica, who was very kind and attentive. The apartment is as shown in the photos and is in a condominium with stunning views of the island. Access to the site was a little difficult, as it is a walk with a steep slope and finally also a staircase to get to the site, so it is tiring, but there is a Golf cart that is transiting and it is possible to arrange with the driver a value to take and pick up to a stretch near Vila.

The place is cozy, clean, new and very close to the beach. Everything works and the lady who takes care of the Site, Lia, is very friendly and helpful. a tip: I suggest you rent with kitchen , as Garapuá is a beach without much structure such as cafeteria, restaurant and bakery.

Host very responsive, polite and very attentive, the apartment is big, very well organized and clean. The only negative point is the location, because it is an environmental reserve location and a little isolated from the other residences and the return at night is not very cool because we pass a road in the woods and walking, we get rain, and when it rains, it floods everything and it is complicated to walk through the woods.

We spent three incredible days in the tiny house of Mônica in Morro de São Paulo, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The house is super charming, very well taken care of, and is in a prime location — close to nature and high above, which provides a beautiful view, a super quiet climate and the best sunset of Morro. We were greeted with great affection by Nete, a wonderful, super friendly and welcoming person, who made us feel at home from the first moment. Her attention made all the difference in our stay. Mônica was also an excellent host, always attentive and available. The house was clean, organized, and with everything we needed to enjoy the days well. We highly recommend this special corner and we will definitely return!

My experience was amazing! The accommodation is simply perfect: super cozy, clean and well-equipped. The hostess was exceptional, always very attentive and ready to help with any question or need. The location is a little far from the center, but this becomes just a detail because the view from the site fully compensates for the physical effort, it is well worth the experience. Without a doubt I would return and recommend it to everyone who is looking for a quiet and cozy stay.

Monica was really lovely and welcoming! The place itself was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views that made the stay extra special. The only downside is the hike up to the apartment. It can be a bit of a challenge, especially if you're not used to hikes and have a suitcase. But it’s good to know you can arrange for luggage carriers, which helps a lot. All in all, the Airbnb was definitely worth it, and I’d absolutely book it again next time!
