We had a good stay. It was everything we expected. As one review mentioned, the many-laned road next to the building is loud, even on the 23rd floor, but we expected it. The pool was the best we saw in Indonesia during our stay - big enough to swim laps and when we went no one was there.

Unit apartemen nya bagus, rapih dan terawat. Meskipun tidak sempat masak2, ternyata disediakan rice cooker pula. Pemilik sangat ramah dan friendly. Lokasi dekat banget ke Central Park Mall, tinggal nyebrang sudah masuk Sogo. Mau ke bandara pun ngga sulit.

5 Stars! I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. I appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail throughout the home. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay again in the future!

The apartment is small but very complete. It is very convenient to be living next to the mall, where there are dozens of shops and resto's available, just outside the door. The unit was clean and cozy. Note that most cupboards were closed for obviously it is a private apartment of the owner, but there was enough space available to store clothes. The pool and whirlpool downstairs are very nice. Communication with Anty and Muthia was quick and they helped us out nicely when needed. The mattrass is nice, wifi was good enough for work purposes. Definitely recommended. PS: Note that central Jakarta is always full of trafic jams.

Tempatnya homy sekali. Bersih. Perabotan dapur lengkap. Tapi untuk yang bawa lansia harus hati-hati karena tangganya cukup tinggi. Other than that, the place is lovely. ❤️

Tempatnya luas banget dan asri, kita pergi sama bocil kebayang riweuh nya tp semua helper disana sangat gercep dan membantu banget, pertahankan yaa, untuk activity lengkap banget ada lapangan voli kolam renang bilyard pingpong, catering juga ontime. Lokasi pas setelah jembatan diatas tol bocimi ,lewat pasar caringin...dekat dr exit tol.vila dplam sesuai foto,ada lapangan basket,ada kolam koi yg besar,perlengkapan memasak ada...2kamar tidur dibawah,1 kamar diatas loteng.rumah ga besar.teras yg luas.banyak bangku dan meja buat ngopi2 bisa 20 org duduk2...vila ini cocok utk kumpul2 .halaman sangat luas,banyak pepohonan,tertata rapi.penjaga vila membantu kami .pemilik ramah,respon cepat,.hawa sejuk di malam hari,siang hari panas terik ,hanya karena di sekitar vila banyak pepohonan,jadi teduh di siang hari....di sekitar vila,ada permainan rafting,paintball utk adventure....brosur ada di dalam vila.buat kami,vila D palm ok.rekomendasi utk kumpul2.terima kasih pemilik serta penjaga vilanya.

the swimming pool is huge and clean. lots of extrabed, pillow, and blankets. kitchen utentils also provided. suitable for big families gathering. very reccomended

Baru kali ini masuk villa lewat restoran. Awal masuk susah buat parkir karena bareng dengan restoran. Water heater tidak berfungsi. Posisi di puncak pass dimana dingin sekali. Agak overprice. Untuk kolam renang yaa kurang lebih sama dari review2 sebelumnya. Tapi pak asep sangat membantu! Sehat selalu pak asep.

Beautiful green view, fresh air and tranquil atmosphere. Rama is such a warm host, his two staff also very friendly. Kids will love this place too, they can feed the fish, play in the paddy field, nearby river and swim. It's perfect for your out of the box family staycation.

There are 7 villas, with own facilities each, owned by a family, within a guarded compound of a hectare. As we stayed during peak over new year weekend, there were several functions ongoing at the other villas. We can hear the karaoke and there are times other guests from other villas coming to play at our playground. We are ok with it, Just to alert those who require privacy. Breakfast was lovely, there was a bbq package included during new year’s eve. We didnt have as many people staying at our villa compared to others so the place was comfortable and big enough. I had trouble with the adapters and found the air pretty warm. Host helped with loaning a travel adapter and also bought a fan for us. (others found the environment cooling/ cold but my family are often in very cold Settings). Really appreciated Host responding to requests and even helped share contact for masseurs who could come over to the villa. Felt safe with keeper staying nearby. Thanks so much!!

This is much better than i expected. Villanya bersih, fasilitas lengkap, sudah disediakan peralatan masak, kompor, kulkas, dispenser, panggangan roti, setrikaan, dan karaoke. Udaranya cukup sejuk apalagi malam hari. Suasananya asri dan tenang. Cocok banget buat liburan keluarga dan teman-teman. Kolam renangnya juga bagus. Hostnya ramah dan baik. My family are super duper happy. I would love to come back again next time.

Recommended for family trip. Clean, cozy, and great ambiance. Have a pool, which is a plus. We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend to people visiting Sentul area.

Lokasi termasuk dekat dari Jakarta. Cocok buat yang pengen suasana luar kota, tapi gak pengen sejauh Puncak. Terdiri dari 2 bangunan vila dalam 1 pagar (tidak disewakan terpisah, melainkan 1 kesatuan, jadi private). Total ada 8 kamar tidur (masing2 kamar ukuran kecil, kapasitas hanya 2 orang per kamar, tidak bisa lebih) dengan 4 kamar mandi, namun 1 kamar mandi tidak bisa dipakai (tidak ada air). Ruang bersama di masing-masing bangunan cukup besar. Dapur juga cukup, dilengkapi alat masak yang basic. Air kolam renang keruh. Lampu di kawasan kolam renang, gazibu, dan taman bermain kalau malam tidak ada, sehingga sangat gelap. Jadi kalau malam, lebih nyaman untuk stay di dalam vila. Penjaga (1 orang, Mang Zenal) tidak standby 24 jam di lokasi, tapi bisa dihubungi jika butuh bantuan. Saya sudah siapkan tips IDR 100,000 untuk Mang Zenal ketika check out, namun ybs meminta IDR 150,000. Jadi better prepare uang cash lebih untuk tips. Selebihnya tempat ini cocok untuk gathering bersama keluarga dan teman-teman kantor. Nice!!!

The perfect villa to accommodate big groups event like my family gathering. Jenny was super helpful, and kudos to Pak Yanto who always ready to help us during the stay. The place was beautiful, the river is truly something, the always on river flow ASMR really calms you down from the hustle and bustle. Recommended!
