The old smithy on Bogø

Our cottage is located in Gammelby on Bogø, and is a 225-year-old, very cozy former forge. Relax in the cozy courtyard, have a drink and watch the sunset on Skåningen, where you can also swim, take a walk in the beautiful beech forest and buy your breakfast, pizza and cinnamon rolls at Bogø Brød in the idyllic harbor, where you can also take the ferry Ida to Stubbekøbing. Take a trip to beautiful Møn or just relax on fine Bogø, which you can cycle around in 30 minutes

Oprindeligt opført som hestestald i 1832, er denne bygning nu ombygget til en charmerende bolig med eget køkken og toilet. Perfekt til en weekendtur eller et stop undervejs på cykelferien. I stueetagen finder du et åbent køkken og stue i ét, med adgang til en privat terrasse samt et badeværelse. På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst.

The house is located in the small village, Vindebæk, not far from Fanefjord Forest, where the beech is reflected in the blue waves, and there is only a short distance to the unspoiled Vindebæk Beach, which is located right at Grønsund's estuary in the Baltic Sea. Ore Strand is an extension of Vordingborg city, where there are good shopping opportunities, cozy cafes and lots of nature and cultural experiences. It is a 10-minute drive to the highway, where you can reach Copenhagen to the north and Rødby harbor to the south in an hour.
