The house is nestled in a lovely natural environment on attractive Svavelsö in the Stockholm archipelago near the sea and the beach only 25 minutes from Stockholm city. This newly built smaller villa of 80 sqm has an open plan upstairs with kitchen, dining area, living room and patio windows and patio door gives proximity to nature and views of water. Downstairs with 1 master Bedroom and a "studio" with 2 80 cm beds and bathroom with washing machine and shower. The house is beautifully and personally decorated with full conveniences.

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).
