On the farm, there was a royal inn a long time ago. There, the king and his entourage could eat, rest and change to rested horses on their journey through the country. This was a long time ago. We have run the farm as a dairy farm, but that is also history. Now that we have retired, we have devoted a little extra love and care to this house. It has been renovated and become 2 apartments. We offer cosy accommodation in northern Öland - just a stone's throw from Alvaret and with fantastic Byrum sandviks sandy beach and rauks only ten minutes away by bike. Here you can split up into several cabins for time and connect in our spacious and nice orangery for meals and socializing. In the garden, there is place for outdoor play, barbecue and other things that belong to summer. Shops, system companies and other services are located in Löttorp at about ten minutes drive. This brand new Beach House sits on the beautiful sand beach at Byrum-Sandvik on Öland. Watch sunsets over the ocean and the island of Blå Jungfrun. Explore the unique rock formations "Raukarna" to the south. Swimming, surfing, hiking, biking, jogging all at your door step. Golf courses are nearby. Located on a large property only 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house (occasionally occupied). Pour a glass of wine, grab a chair and walk to the beach or go for a bike ride.
