Comfortable beds, a sofa bed for two and a bunk bed. Outhouse with handwashing sink. Easy place to wash clothes. Shower according to increase in another house. Bikes. Hammock. Hammock. Refrigerator. Stovetops. Coffee maker. Table fan. Water in a jug. We do the dishes for you for free. Sheets and towels SEK 50 pp. Cleaning SEK 300. Cats, birds, and deer; we've even seen bats and badgers.

Byxelkrok is 4 km away, where there is a harbor, restaurants and shops open June-September. From the harbor, you can go to Blå Jungfru by boat/day trip, worth a visit. On the East side, you have the nice beaches of Bödabukten and on the West side, you are close to Byrum where you can see the limestone stacks Mensalvaret and another beautiful beach, Byrum Sandvik. Through a winding forest road, you will finally reach the destination, with the sea as your closest neighbor. As soon as you turn off the engine of the car and walk out the car door, you will encounter the wonderful nature, the sea and the silence that only such a place can provide. Here you live comfortably and nicely in a newly-renovated one-story house of 170 square meters with various amenities and with an outstanding view of the archipelago around Figeholm. We offer cosy accommodation in northern Öland - just a stone's throw from Alvaret and with fantastic Byrum sandviks sandy beach and rauks only ten minutes away by bike. Here you can split up into several cabins for time and connect in our spacious and nice orangery for meals and socializing. In the garden, there is place for outdoor play, barbecue and other things that belong to summer. Shops, system companies and other services are located in Löttorp at about ten minutes drive. This brand new Beach House sits on the beautiful sand beach at Byrum-Sandvik on Öland. Watch sunsets over the ocean and the island of Blå Jungfrun. Explore the unique rock formations "Raukarna" to the south. Swimming, surfing, hiking, biking, jogging all at your door step. Golf courses are nearby. Located on a large property only 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house (occasionally occupied). Pour a glass of wine, grab a chair and walk to the beach or go for a bike ride.

The artisanal bakery Kaffestugan, offering heavenly freshly baked bread, is just a 10-minute walk away. We’re happy to share more of our favourite spots with you.

Located in the middle of Böda village, so you live in the countryside but are close to the bus, shop and bakery.
