Waterfront vacation rentals in Bocapán

It takes me an excellent experience with my family. We enjoyed an excellent vacation thanks to Stephanie and Edgar. The place is super amazing and very good waterfront location. There is access to everything, the apartment is 10/10 and the best part is that the beach practically had it for us. It's an experience that is definitely worth repeating again. Thank you very much Stephanie and Edgar, we have some nice memories with my family.

Canoas Loft was very easy to access, the environment was clean and tidy. The pool is cute and has direct access to the beach. We were a group of 7 friends and had a great time! We definitely recommend it:)

The apartment is very comfortable, in reality the photos surpass reality, the apartment and its common areas are too beautiful. My family and I had a great time! The location is very strategic and you can breathe peace. The incredible sunsets and the super clean beach. Highly recommended!!

Excellent service from start to finish. If you're a family of 7, this apartment is excellent, air conditioning in the rooms, fully furnished, those details such as an iron and hair dryer, utensils, pots, blender, toaster, microwave, board games to play, etc., the spectacular balcony for the grills, the pool in excellent condition, the excellent beach, without rocks around like in other places, 100% recommended.

Casa Carmita is a charming place to stay. Its location is perfect, just minutes away from the beach and great restaurants. The facilities are comfortable and cozy. From the first moment, the host made us feel welcome, giving us friendly and attentive service from the reservation to the end of our visit. Definitely a highly recommended place for those looking for a pleasant experience :))

Beautiful and very confortable house, has everything you could need to have a great stay. The beach is amazing and just in front of the house. The beach and sand is clean with an umbrella for out use. Hamil was very kind and responsive. We will come back soon.

The house is just as described, even bigger, and private, very easy to get to because it is all over Panamerica. I would not hesitate to return.

We stayed at Casa gonzales aka Gabriel's house for a week. The house is at the end of the road that leads through punta sal. Punta sal itself is very quiet, there are about 3 restaurants and 4 shops which are 15 minutes walk from the house. If you don't want to buy that much, you can order a mototaxi which picks you up. For everything else you can also go to Cancas by Mototaxi, there are turtles, souvenirs and also beautiful beaches. The house itself is very tastefully decorated, clean and was definitely big enough for us 5 adults and 2 infants. The beach is right in front of the house and there is a large relatively enclosed terrace so our children could play outside alone without any problems. The waves on the beach were a bit high and it can be dangerous for swimming. For splashing and playing in the sand, everyone is very nice. And there are hardly any people there, maybe 5 people per hour coming by.

New year time was hard to find a place. The prices are more expensive than other time of the year. But we found the perfect place for our needs. We had kids with us and they had a blast at the pool and the beach. The adults enjoyed everything too. The complex has a really good restaurant, a cool big pool besides the one at our house, a convenient store and a nursing office. The host hook us up with a cooking and cleaning crew. They were the nicest! We loved them! The host was flexible with check in and out . It was great!!

First class and perfect. It is an amazing and special place. The beach area is beautiful and not crowded. Jorge was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any request. The bed is comfy, the shower is hot, the wifi worked great, and so did the air conditioning. Stayed 2 weeks and wish I could have stayed longer. Wonderful place!

We were a large group, everything is as described. The main habiatacione s 1 of each house have AC and the others do not, that if we knew only that the heat for those rooms is strong, it has to do bbq, campfire pool and some dogs that are a accompany 🩷 you always like that is to walk to the beach.

Excellent installation. The house is much better than the photos, very comfortable for large families and with excellent finishes. There are many different environments and places to eat, rest. We will definitely be back.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. And Paula is super attentive to our needs needs. Although the sea was moved we were able to enjoy the beach and pool as a family.

The place was excellent. There are no shops nearby, however they provide delivery numbers for shopping. In the accommodation there is a pantry with basic things to buy (coffee, drinks, snacks). There were no cleaning supplies in the bathrooms (soap or shampoo), the rest was excellent.

Wonderful place, house and host. Spent a month here and would have staid longer if I could.

It was an excellent choice to enjoy family vacations, as it comes with everything needed for a period of rest and disconnection. Quiet and very comfortable place, nearby beach, waters almost as warm as in the Caribbean. For Chilean tourists, like us, it is important to make the connection from Tumbes airport, Sky has good offers but they arrive at Piura airport, 4 hours away. It is very important to stock up before you arrive, in addition to having the information of shopping places from the first days for accessories. It is also a very good option to hire services to cook you typical food from Peru in the apartment itself. Carrying tired repellent and sunblock. Highly recommended place.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean. The cute condominium, the big and cute pool. What we liked most is that in the area the Sea is beautiful, very quiet to bathe and the delicious water.
