The house is just like in the photos, a spacious house, with security. We had a really nice time. They helped us with a person for the kitchen for better comfort, and the food was very good. I would definitely come back. The best thing is that even though it was a holiday, the beaches were not crowded and we could enjoy it in peace. The beach area has tents and chairs. The rooms have duvets and towels. The kitchen is equipped. The pool is clean, with easy access. Without a doubt, I recommend it!

This is a magical experience. Well worth the effort to get to Punta Sal. i didn't realize that the price includes a chef that makes two meals a day. There is also a caretaker that takes you around in a moto taxi to nearby markets. Everyone had fun. The best part is the mind-blowing beach and ocean views. You have a front row seat to one of the most pristine beaches that I have ever seen. The staff and host were responsive and friendly. I recommend thinking about what menu you want before you arrive so they can start planning your culinary experience. Pool was a winner and the beach is very swimmable (we are good swimmers). Excellent value. I would return.

It takes me an excellent experience with my family. We enjoyed an excellent vacation thanks to Stephanie and Edgar. The place is super amazing and very good waterfront location. There is access to everything, the apartment is 10/10 and the best part is that the beach practically had it for us. It's an experience that is definitely worth repeating again. The apartment is very comfortable, in reality the photos surpass reality, the apartment and its common areas are too beautiful. My family and I had a great time! The location is very strategic and you can breathe peace. The incredible sunsets and the super clean beach. Highly recommended!!

Excellent service from start to finish. If you're a family of 7, this apartment is excellent, air conditioning in the rooms, fully furnished, those details such as an iron and hair dryer, utensils, pots, blender, toaster, microwave, board games to play, etc., the spectacular balcony for the grills, the pool in excellent condition, the excellent beach, without rocks around like in other places, 100% recommended.

Casa Carmita is a charming place to stay. Its location is perfect, just minutes away from the beach and great restaurants. The facilities are comfortable and cozy. From the first moment, the host made us feel welcome, giving us friendly and attentive service from the reservation to the end of our visit. The place was excellent. There are no shops nearby, however they provide delivery numbers for shopping. In the accommodation there is a pantry with basic things to buy (coffee, drinks, snacks). There were no cleaning supplies in the bathrooms (soap or shampoo), the rest was excellent.

Excellent service, very nice place, nice facilities and with everything you need, we went with a baby and we had everything to cook. Great location, there are shops, markets, etc.

It was an excellent choice to enjoy family vacations, as it comes with everything needed for a period of rest and disconnection. Quiet and very comfortable place, nearby beach, waters almost as warm as in the Caribbean. For Chilean tourists, like us, it is important to make the connection from Tumbes airport, Sky has good offers but they arrive at Piura airport, 4 hours away. It is very important to stock up before you arrive, in addition to having the information of shopping places from the first days for accessories. It is also a very good option to hire services to cook you typical food from Peru in the apartment itself. Carrying tired repellent and sunblock. Highly recommended place.
