Fantastic reception and hospitality. Quick responses and always very willing to help. The house is very good! An atmosphere of tranquility in the midst of nature. Clean house and everything in its proper place! The large bathroom and hot tub are a great differentiator. If you have a chance, we will come back! Super recommend!!

A good place. Comfortable, spacious, organized ventilated and quite accessible. I had some problems with internet speed, but in general it worked for basic things. The place is very airy, with large windows and very ventilated, which helps with the heat. During my stay, the room's air central was not there as in the pictures, so we depended on the fan that was quite useful on the hot days (which were all hahaha). But in general it's a great place. Marcos was extremely responsive, I had an issue with the air station the first night that was resolved the following day. We'll definitely be back more often.

The house is super cozy, good furniture, all clean. The pool area, surpassed the images of the internet. Without telling the location of the house, perfect for what we were looking for, because we went to work then, the points of travel, were easy. The super gentle host, whenever we needed to respond quickly. We were entitled to a cleaning during the stay. Great location!!! I would give only a single suggestion of improvement. Would deliver at least two copies of keys and control of the gate. In addition, the house is EXCELLENT. Thank you Glaucia for your attention!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very neat and clean and looked just like the photos. We felt secure with the electric gate and electric fence security. The rooms were all spacious and the kitchen came fully equipped. The neighbors were quiet for the most part. Edileuza was very responsive throughout the process and it was a pleasure to work with her. One point to be aware of is that the mattresses are very firm and I would bring a pillow mattress topper next time. That said, we would happily stay here again.

I only have compliments for this stadia! Impeccable cleanliness, organized, new and very smelly. Not to mention that the beds are wonderful and the apartment is quite complete. Safe, quiet and easy access environment. The hostess was the best I've ever had on this app, she was very kind, she left water in the fridge, sheets and bath towel in the bag and super smells… she even had soap sealed in the bathroom 🙏 It will definitely be my stay every time I return to BV 🙌

The space is wonderful, first it has an excellent location, close to everything a tourist needs to see. It has plenty of space, large garage. When we arrived everything was impeccable, tidy, clean, with the utensils we need most and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was new and well maintained. Our host responded very quickly to our needs and was very kind to us. I would definitely come back again.

The listing offers GREAT value for money! The location is good, close to the mall, there is a grocery store at the corner and a gym and pharmacy 3-5min away walking, and "dirty cup" bars about 10 minutes walking, good for cheap beer and watching soccer game. The hosts, Mrs. Flora and her husband are super-atentious, polite and inviting, but they don't invade the guest space! It was very quiet to stay on site and I will come back more often!!

Lilia was great from start to finish. Super attentive, answered me quickly every moment and the apartment was in perfect condition. It seemed like I was the first person to go in there. I liked it a lot and the location was also perfect, as my office is next door. I'd stay there again for sure.

This is the second time we stayed. Well located and Mr. Sednem is very friendly.

We spent about 10 days on site and it was a very good time. The space was very reserved, the accommodation in the apartment is good and everything served us well. Speaking of the site's head, Rouseane was very attentive and helpful at all times. I highly recommend the site. The location is perfect for the purpose I was looking for. Close to important shopping spots and leisure spots. I don't have to complain, just thank you.
